“We could not have asked for a better experience. Jason and his wife were so communicative and accommodating. Our dog looked like he had the best time with them and their pup. Would highly recommend contacting Jason if you are in the area!”

“Michelle’s house was very neat and clean. She was very welcoming. Both Harper and Scarlet felt right a home. When we picked them up they were bright eyed with tails wagging. Will use her again.”

“What an amazing pet sitter! Our dog, Rooster, got to spend a Friday with Emily and her family and then the following Monday got to spend another day. When we turned onto her street on Monday to drop him off, he got so excited! I would absolutely leave any pet with her! She loved and cared for him like he was her own!”

“Sarah did a wonderful job taking care of our sweet little boy while we spent the day at Silver Dollar City. She sent updates and made sure he got everything he needed - from meals to playtime and snuggles. We’ll definitely leave our little fur baby with Sarah again next time we’re in Branson!”

To newborn kittens and senior cats. I can also take care of any reptiles or amphibians. Anything you need of me, I can do, including rodents. Distributing medication or even helping your dog do their daily exercise. I have knowledge and experience with previously working at the Emergency Veterinary Clinic. * Hi! Thank you for your interest in having me watch your loved ones while you plan to be away. In order to provide you with the most accurate information, please be sure to have the following before confirmation: - please make sure you have all information rover needs about your pet filled out. - Include all animals (even exotic) and feeding instructions for everyone. - Any medications or medical needs while you plan to be away. (Seizure, diabetic, etc). - Anything special that I may need to know. In order to maintain better scheduling, please note I plan to do a meet and greet up to two weeks in advance.* Please keep in mind while housesitting, I do have occasional drop in visits for other clients and try not to be gone for more than 4 hours at a time. If you are needing me to mainly stay in your home, I do charge extra. I am available anytime you need me! I have my own routine for my animals. Pet care is my priority, always. Whether its mine or yours. My animals have routine and structure. I also have a fenced in back yard. Everyone knows how the routine works as far as time outside to play, cuddle, and the feeding schedule.
“highly recommend! she is so responsive and i am just so grateful to find a sitter that specializes in lapdogs. my girl had the best time and brooke shared lots of memories with me throughout the day. will book again!”

“My dog is 80lbs with big energy. Dylan did a fantastic job caring for my dog, safely introducing him to other dogs and ensuring they had a fun, safe time! He provides excellent care and has a lot of safeguards in place to ensure every dog gets quality care and the attention they need!”

“Janie has looked after Maple a couple times now and has been amazing by keeping us updated and providing pic/videos during the visit. I would recommend to anyone needing a Dogsitter.”

“I booked Nancy for daycare so I could have a Mom’s day out. Nancy did an amazing job with my German Shepherd, Otto. Otto was new to socializing with other dogs and she was so patient and allowed him to interact with her sweet little dog, Bailey. She gave Otto lots of attention and walks and sent picture updates to me. Her love of animals shines through. He was happy and relaxed when I picked him up. Nancy gave me detailed feedback about Otto’s day that was so helpful for me. I’m so grateful to have found Nancy and highly recommend her to give your dog the TLC he/shedeserves and peace of mind you need when leaving your fur baby.”

“Super responsive, nice, and great place to drop your dogo off for the day. Sent updates all day. My puppy was tuckered out by the time I picked him up. Thank you Gretchen!”

About: Hi pet parents! I’m Marci, and I’ve been house and pet sitting for over 12 years with excellent references available upon request. I grew up in Southern Missouri around a wide variety of animals, which gave me early hands-on experience with training and daily care. Professionally, I’ve worked in both exotic and domestic animal environments, including a zoo setting caring for livestock (such as alpacas, ponies, and young camels) and aviary birds, as well as a high-volume dog boarding/daycare facility in Phoenix, AZ where I worked with 150+ dogs daily. This gave me a strong understanding of dog behavior, group dynamics, and handling dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I’m confident with drop-in visits, walks, overnight stays, and maintaining your pet’s routine exactly as needed—including feeding, exercise, medication, and companionship. I especially enjoy walks, enrichment, and positive reinforcement training for puppies and energetic dogs, always prioritizing safety, structure, and calm, happy behavior. I’m dependable, communicative, and treat every home and pet with respect and care as if they were my own. I have reliable transportation and auto insurance for peace of mind. I currently live in Branson, Missouri and am a stay at home mom/photographer. My daughter is very gentle, calm, and accustomed to being around animals. I’d love the opportunity to care for your pets (or home) and give you peace of mind while you’re away. My daily and weekly schedule is highly flexible and I am available for pet and home care nearly always. If for some reason I am I available my calendar should reflect that - or just ask because I might be available anyway. I am very mindful and cautious, especially when it comes to animals and children. In my home there are no small objects or sharp objects that could harm or be cause for choking hazards. I don’t feed your pet extra treats that aren’t approved by you, and I keep them safe by making sure doors are closed so they don’t run off.
“Levi has done a wonderful job watching Bruno while I am at work. Bruno was nervous in his first week but now is really excited to get to go see Levi and his two pups Mushu and Buddy each day and comes home exhausted from having such a good time. Thank you Levi!”

“Our three dogs visited with Laura and Nash for two days of doggie day care. They had a blast! They love staying at Laura's and came home both days completely tuckered out. They even had a down day the next day! I was out of town and my husband had all day commitments both days. It was such a relief to have Laura take our pups instead of keeping them kenneled at home. It was the first visit for one of our dogs, and she loved it just as much as our other two who have stayed with Laura several times. We are very lucky to have Laura and Nash to keep our pups safe and happy!”

About: I’ve taken care of many kinds of dogs, cats, and horses from a young age. I also have experience in dog grooming, ranging from small to large dogs. I am fluent in American Sign Language. I am flexible as I work from home. I normally check pets at least two times a day, but more check in times are available upon request. I have a friendly dog who loves to play and make new friends. He will be very helpful in helping young dogs learn how to socialize.
About: I have always had pets (dogs mostly) and love them! I will love your babies as if they were my own! I hope you pick me! I have recently retired and am looking for something gratifying to help other Dog owners with the care of their pet! I know how stressful it can be when you have to leave your pet for any length of time and would love to relieve that stress for you! 😊 I have a fenced in yard with a senior dog, Bella. She is such a great dog and is so aloof, like nothing bothers her! I am unable to board certain breeds due to home insurance restrictions and my senior dog so may not be able to accept every request, however, I haven’t turned one down yet!
“Mickayla was amazing with my dog. She was very accommodating to my drop off and pick up times, sent many photos of my dog having a fantastic time and was wonderful to communicate with. Would recommend to anyone!”

“I cannot say enough amazing things about Liza and her care for my dogs! I booked her super last minute the night before we needed her and she was more than accommodating and kind! We planned last minute to go to SDC today and didn’t have care for our dogs as we aren’t from the area! I found Liza ok this website and she she took exceptional care of them! Getting them out for lots of run and play time! My dogs weren’t nervous with her at all and I got lots of photos of them playing and napping which really helped this fur-mommas nerves! I am so happy to have connected with her! When we come back for SDC or any shows I will book her for my babies so they can have a great time too! If your in the area visiting and need daycare or overnight, I would highly recommend her care! It is nothing shy of fantastic!”

“Ashley's simply the best. You know someone knows dogs well when the dogs are happy and excited to go visit her. I can't say enough about how much thought and care she puts into everything her and her family do to help others out and their fur babies.”

“First time ever leaving my fur babies with a stranger, and I am happy I chose the right person to do so. Courtney and her kids were incredibly helpful and took great care of my 10-year-old Boxer and 13-year-old Plott Hound. They made sure both dogs felt comfortable and at ease. Their home was clean and welcoming, and the kids and toys kept my dogs happy and entertained the whole time. Definitely would go back to Courtney if I am in town again!”

Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of July 2026, there are 145 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Saddlebrooke. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Saddlebrooke commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in MO ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 145 sitters in Saddlebrooke, 95% respond to messages in under an hour.
You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
