About: I have had pets my whole life, from cats, dogs (all sizes), fish, lizards, cows, horses, pigs, sheep, and more! I have had all kinds of dogs, from little Dachshunds to great big Newfoundlands - often at the same time! I have worked for 5 different vets and know the difference between when your pet just needs to go poop and when they need to go to the vet NOW. I am not squeamish - vomit, poop, pee, blood, pus, hairballs - I can handle it all! I am good at giving pets their medicine, and can manage any feeding regimen. I have always taken care of friend and family pets while they are out of town. I can make friends with any cat or dog, and I would love to make friends with yours! I work full time but I can come by after work to take your pet(s) on walks or check on them. I can house sit Friday evenings through the whole weekend. Safety is my #1. When I am with your pet, my focus is on them and their well being. I watch for heat sickness, allergies, bloat, tummy upset, bug bites, boo boos, and more.

About: Being a pet owner myself I will take extreme pride and care of your fur baby. I have had animals my entire life, I am middle aged, responsible, professional, trustworthy, and will care for your baby as if it was mine. Why mess with the rest when your animals can have the BEST! Let's connect! I am currently not working F/T and have plenty of time to care for your pets. I do drop ins, walks, weekends, and lots of playtime and exercise. I have my own dog and he is my fur human. He is in the pic!! Your animals will be in the best care! I prefer to do drop ins, walks, or build the trust to watch in your home.

About: Has fostered over 200 dogs and owned over 5 dogs at one time, ranging from puppy to elderly. Has helped care for over 20 dogs at one time, and has experience with taking care of dogs with complex needs. Currently doing pet care and house sitting full-time, so my schedule is open for clients to fill. Available during the day and evening, as well as open to multi-day sitting. For my pets, I have one acre of fenced in yard, a doggy door, homemade food, and puppy care area in the front yard. For clients, I am willing and able to give medication as needed, meet their standards of food and cleanliness for their pets, and can let their pets out as needed.

“Anna was great! This was my first Rover experience and it could not have gone better. I was so nervous to leave the dogs but after the first drop-in I instantly relaxed and enjoyed my vacation. She send pics and was a great communicator. The dogs instantly liked her (I was nervous about that). She was a great sitter and my first call next time we go out of town. Great experience.”

I will be a freshman at SFASU this fall, but my class schedule allows me to still have time to take care of your animals by drop- in visits or overnight boarding in your home! I have a huge fenced in backyard in my home where my dogs love to run and play. I love exercise, so if your dog needs walks instead I’d love to do that as well!

About: I’ve been dog sitting regularly down in Texas while I have been attending university. Mostly friends and friends of friends have used my services to go on spontaneous outings that are not possible with a pet. My work has flexible hours which gives me ample time to care for your critters. I like keeping myself busy so I love taking on pet sitting tasks. I do not offer boarding in my own home. I love doing house sitting because the animals are much more relaxed being in their own space.

“Samantha is an awesome dog sitter for my golden doodle and terrier! From the first few moments of our meet and greet, I knew she has a special gift to care for dogs. Since we rarely leave our fur babies, I was very anxious about whether they would adjust to our being gone. But Samantha’s daily reports and pictures helped us to be reassured that they were in good hands and adjusting well. We were able to relax and have a good time. I look forward to having her as our dog sitter again whenever we need to be away.”

About: Taking care of animals has been apart of my whole life, I’ve always grown up with animals. There’s never been a time where I never had less then 3 pets at a time. Currently at home I have two big beautiful German Shepard’s named, Roxie and Sargent, and also 4 cats! Growing up we always had friendly neighbors who always needed a helping hand for their pets. I would go over to their houses for check ups, feedings, playtime, and walks. Sometimes I also help my grandparents with their 2 small dogs!:) I currently go to SFA full time, so I’m only available Thursday-Sunday. Thursday and Friday I’m available after 2:30pm, and Saturday and Sunday I’m available all day! In clients homes I would like to have knowledge of the rules and boundaries set. Like what time they should be fed, how much to feed, where they can and can’t be, favorite toy, and any tasks you’d like me to complete!:)

Dolly M.Star Sitter
“Our dogs LOVE Dolly! We have large dogs, and sometimes they can be intimidating, just based on size. Our dogs immediately bonded with Dolly, and were very attentive with her. Dolly has no issues walk-in the dogs or playing with them. Through Dolly, our large female Newfoundland learned to play hide n seek! What fun! We make our own dog food, and this is always a worry when we leave. Thank goodness Dolly followed our recipe when we ran out of dog food one weekend! Dolly is professional and has the ability to care for dogs, cats and horses. We recommend her highly.”

She keeps us updated with adorable photos and videos, making us feel connected even when we're away. 📸💌 We're so grateful to have Sheri as Ranger's sitter! Amanda F.
“Our dogs are getting older and going to our doggie daycare was no longer enjoyable for them. We were really torn on even going on a vacation when an acquaintance recommended Amanda. It was the perfect fit: someone to stay in our home so our dogs would be comfortable and we could truly enjoy our vacation without worrying about our furbabies at home. I loved that she sent us pictures while we were away and we loved her and her family so much we hired her again this year!”
