About: I’ve spent more than 20 years caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I’m comfortable caring for senior and special-needs pets, administering oral and injected medications, and keeping up with high-energy dogs who need plenty of exercise and play. I follow each pet’s normal routine closely and treat them like I would my own, with lots of attention, affection, and regular photo updates while you’re away. I currently work part time in customer service, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet sitting. I’m happy to spend time playing, giving affection, keeping pets company, maintaining their normal routines, and making sure they receive plenty of attention while their family is away. For me, pet sitting is much more than simply stopping by to feed an animal. I genuinely enjoy building a relationship with the pets I care for and making sure they feel happy, loved, and comfortable until their family comes home. I’ve always had a special connection with animals and truly enjoy being around them. I love getting to know each pet’s personality, routine, quirks, and favorite things so I can make their time with me feel as comfortable and familiar as possible. My own Chihuahua lived to be 22 years old, so I understand firsthand how much patience, consistency, and extra attention older animals can need. About: Growing up, I had two dogs starting at age 10, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding canine behavior and needs. I keep cleaning supplies and other harmful substances out of reach. When it comes to playtime, I use safe toys and supervise their play to prevent any accidents. I also make sure to provide a safe space for them to retreat to, especially if they feel stressed or overwhelmed. During walks or outdoor time, I’m very cautious about their surroundings, ensuring they are kept on a leash if necessary, and I monitor them closely at all times. I’m experienced in administering medications and keeping track of their health, ensuring they stay safe and comfortable. My goal is to provide a loving and secure environment for your pet, making sure they feel safe and happy while you’re away.
About: I have received the Elanco Veterinary Medical Applications Certification so I have experience in animal anatomy and physiology, animal welfare and behavior, veterinary medical practices, and more. I can give shots and any medications, I had experience as an intern at Cooke's Veterinary Hospital. I am committed to giving your pets the best care possible! About: I have owned dogs since childhood and have volunteered at shelters a couple of times. Helping animals in anyway is my passion and I will go out of my way to accommodate to your pets needs. I have only cared for small dogs growing up so I am most comfortable with them. I love animals, growing up I’d want to take in every animal I saw out on the street. Unfortunately that is not suitable for me lol, but I will care for your pet as if it is my own. I enjoy meeting new animals as it can be fun to see how different their personalities present, it also gives me an opportunity to learn and adapt. Friday-Sunday (with exceptions) But if given an early notice I may be available for other days as well. They have never been ones to instigate a fight, but I always prioritize safety and comfort when introducing animals. When caring for your pup, I’ll keep interactions with my own pets limited at first and will have my pets in a separate space when needed so your dog can settle in and feel comfortable without being overwhelmed. If you’re comfortable with it and your pup seems like a good match, I’d also be more than happy to gradually introduce them to my dogs after they’ve had some time to settle in. I do live in an apartment, but I have access to a fenced-in yard where I regularly take my own dogs to potty, stretch their legs, and get some outdoor playtime. I’m happy to give your pup plenty of opportunities to get outside as well, depending on their routine and needs.

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
