I was very worried about my babies and actually considered cancelling my vacation. Thank goodness I found John. I really felt like I hired a team of compassionate, attentive and extremely qualified people. His Mom is a pet trainer and I could immediately see she would be fantastic and intended to care for my cats as well. She also gave me some excellent advice to make transporting my cats easier. I received updates and pics every day. My younger cat, Shay Shay, can be difficult because she’s so shy around new people. But John hung in there and gently engaged with her and she ultimately started playing with him. Five days is not a lot of time so that was HUGE. A great friend of mine is excellent with cats. She volunteers at a shelter and regularly fosters. It took several visits for Shay Shay to stop hiding from her. ??? I’m so grateful for the care, attention and love John and his family gave my babies. It was an excellent experience.”

My Ollie-Boy had the BEST week staying with her, and I know all of his needs were met, he probably had more fun than at home! Thank you for being so loving and informative throughout his stay. Marcia is truly the best! She took care of our Toy Poodle for 11 days and treated her with so much love and attention.
