I understand the unique needs of different breeds and am comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. This allows me to be flexible and available throughout the day to give your pet attention, exercise, and any care they need, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-cared for while you're away. I live in a somewhat secluded area, which makes it easy to take dogs outside for walks or playtime, either on-leash or off-leash, depending on their comfort level and training. My home has plenty of space for dogs to play indoors, so they can stay active and entertained no matter the weather. I prioritize a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for pets, both inside and outside.

About: I have 2 cats and 3 dogs myself, and will treat yours like one of my own. I have experience living with every breed of dog from husky, to pitbull, to cockapoo, to chocolate lab, and currently have a German Sheppard as well as 2 Mini Australian Sheppards. I work from home as an engineer, and my work hours are pretty flexible as a result of that. Im conveniently located on Rt 7a! My typical day ends around 3:30 so I have plenty of time in the evening for your pup! Watch it as my own dog & burn some of that energy! I have experience with e-collars and walking dogs on a leash. Some days I will be accompanied by my dogs to help keep your dogs company - with your permission.

About: I have owned dogs my entire life and held many dog-sitting jobs throughout college. I am very intuitive and know the Capital Region well, so I am able to find the best walks and treatment specific to your pups! I enjoy being active and am excited at the opportunity to keep your dog healthy and active as well. I also have a car so getting to and from your home will be done with ease so I can focus my time on caring for your dogs with long walks, playing and feeding. I work remotely, so I have some flexibility with scheduling. I am open to dog-sitting at your house as I have done for up to two week periods of time for families with many dogs throughout DC. I work remotely, so I’m able to be very attuned to your pup and their needs! On demand walks and cuddles during the day are my favorite. I have a fenced back yard, but am open to staying at your home as well. We can work out what is best for your pup.

I have cared for a variety of animals including dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits, birds, turtles, and yes even snakes. I’ve even experienced breeding and nurturing 11 golden retrievers (3 adults and 8 puppies) at one time. I will come to your house to LOVE, feed, water, play, brush, walk, talk to, and even car rides with your beautiful pets. I’ve also been known to mop, water your plants, retrieve your mail, and take your garbage to the street. On numerous occasions, I’ve taken on jobs in Massachusetts and Vermont as mini vacations! I have a bubbly and friendly personality that animals respond well too! Reasonable rates, flexible hours, and many satisfied customers! About: I have over 10 years of experience in animal husbandry and veterinary care. I cared for a multitude of animals, including cats, dogs, and other exotic pets. Whether it is daily exercise, extra snuggles, or an extra zen environment, I have the experience for your furbabies. I can administer daily medications, follow complex diets, and look critically at the animals in my care to determine if veterinary assistance is needed. Additionally, if your pet will boarding they will have their own dedicated room for the duration of their stay with a large kennel to give owners the options of having their pet free-roaming or kenneled at night. Pictures of your pet can be provided upon request (I usually send one even if it isn't requested but if you want more, I will provide. :) Petcare is my life 24/7. Walks, playtime, and pleasant company are the three biggest parts of daily routine. For cats, making sure they have adequate creature comforts and, if the cat enjoys the attention, plenty of interaction with yours truly. I have a large back yard and a walking trail that runs right beside my home which I utilize. Pets will be given their own dedicated room with the option to kennel. I clean the room with pet-safe Kenosol between guests. All animals on premises are vaccinated and are on preventative flea & tick medicine.
