“My puppy loved Sarah, and he didn’t want to leave when I picked him up. Sarah even took the extra time to bath him before he came home. Overall it was a great experience for us and we will be using Sarah again in the future.”

“I can’t imagine a better home away from home for our two dogs! Christina & Daniel are amazing human beings and give so much love, care, and attention to the animals on their farm including our pups! After searching for the right sitter for our dogs for quite some time (and experience with a variety of different places and people) we feel extremely grateful to have found them and their beautiful farm!!!”

“Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our one dog right before their stay. Debbie and Adam gave Cooper extra love the whole week since he was feeling sad and a little lonely. He always loves lounging with his friend Sadie too :)”

“Gary is wonderful! He’s had two dog so far from my rescue and done wonderful with them. One is blind and the other is a senior. Gary is caring, flexible, and most importantly the dogs love him!”

“Brittany was wonderful with our dog. She kept me up to date on how their time went together and my dog enjoyed snuggling with her family and playing with her dog. I highly recommend Brittany to watch your pet.”

“Jennifer and her husband were absolutely amazing with Baby May! We were looking for a sitter on short time and she took him in right away! She found the best ways to help him get comfortable. She asked for his meal plan and took time to prepare his meals with love. Baby May enjoyed time with their beautiful furbabies. She offered resources we could use to improve his future and life as a whole! I highly recommend them to care for your pet!”

“A great service. Rover provided us with participating sitters in our area. Lisa put our minds at ease, as this was a first time for us to leave our boy with anyone. We were updated on our boy throughout the evening. Thank you.”

“She is amazing with dogs. She even goes the extra mile to ensure my pup is safe with a gps collar when they go to the dog park. She is responsible and responsive and will share pics and check in at whatever frequency you are comfortable with. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for boarding for their pup.”

About: I treat every pet like they’re part of my own family. I take the time to learn each pet’s personality, routine, and individual needs so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether it’s keeping up with an energetic puppy, providing extra patience and attention to a senior pet, or simply offering plenty of playtime and cuddles, I’m committed to giving every pet personalized care and companionship. I am a stay at home Nana. I am available any day of the week. Possibly open for longer overnight stays…that would just depend on availability. I am home all day for constant potty breaks, attention, scheduled feedings and of course all the love ❤️ I have 10 acres of country land. When taken outside they will be constantly supervised and never ever left outside alone. I leash all puppets when outside unless the owner says they can be unleashed.

“We are repeat customers and couldn’t be happier with the care our dog receives. It’s clear how much love and attention they give, which gives us so much peace of mind. We especially appreciate the regular pictures, videos, and updates—they really help us feel connected while we’re away. Knowing our dog is not just being looked after, but truly loved and cared for, means everything to us. Highly recommend!”

“AJ was so great! The first thing I liked was that he asked for a meet and greet before our booking, I think that’s so important. Then he was so kind to our Colby and sent photos throughout his stay to put us at ease. Colby completely enjoyed his stay with AJ!”

“Patrick was great with our pups, Yeti and Casper, and seemed to take very good care of them while we were out of the country. We also appreciated the daily updates with pictures! We will definitely take them back next time we are out of town.”

“Hailey was very good with our husky pup. She kept our puppy at her house for 6-days while we were on vacation. She communicated very well and sent pictures throughout our pups stay. It was nice to have a safe place for our pup to stay while we were on vacation. We will definitely being using Hailey again in the future!”

“Amazing. Loved the way she kept us updated about our precious's stay there..took care of our precious the way we care for him..highly recommend her, precious surely has a second home now..thank you so much..”

“Sandra watched my dog Molly for a weekend. I had forgotten to tell her that this was Molly's first time away from our home since we rescued her over 6months ago. So Molly was a basket case the first evening, and Sandra had tried to get a hold of me and let me know that Molly was not having a good time. She took great care of Molly and was patient with her that first evening, not sure how she did it but Molly calmed down and was fine for the rest of the weekend. Sandra has a lovely backyard for the dogs to run around and play. I am booking her again for our next weekend away. :)”

“Kayla was amazing! She accommodated us last minute and agreed to watch our doggie even though he had little experience with cats. She consistently updated us and took great care of my fur baby. I highly recommend Kayla!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Roscoe
Brook did a great job with my dogs. We did a meet and greet with her dog a week before their stay. She sent a lot of pictures and updates during their stay. I had to extend my dogs' stay due to a delay in our travel. Brook accommodated the change. My dogs came home happy and healthy.

Madyson is an absolute lifesaver! Leaving manxious dog who craves constant proximity is always stressful, but she went above and beyond to make her feel completely at home. She took the extra time to send daily pictures and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. My dog was so comfortable from the moment we arrived and loved her sweet pup as well. I would absolutely choose her again and again :) She is truly the BEST choice for boarding!

94% of sitters in Roscoe can provide daily exercise during dog boarding stays. Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, this may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.
During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.

- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Roscoe.
Tip: You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee, which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in PA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Adding another pup to the pack? Most sitters and walkers offer a reduced rate for additional dogs. You’ll find these exact rates listed under the "Services" tab on any sitter's profile. Since every dog is unique, final pricing may vary depending on the level of care required.
