About: We’re Layla and Gracie, a sister team who work together to care for your pets like they’re our own. With over 10 years of pet sitting experience, we’ve had the joy of caring for all kinds of animals including dogs, cats, small pets, chickens, goats, and even donkeys. We take the time to understand each animal’s personality and routine, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well-loved while you’re away. Pet sitting fits naturally into our daily routine, which allows us to offer flexible and consistent care. I am a full-time online veterinary technician student, and my sister Gracie is volunteering regularly at a local animal shelter with the goal of becoming a veterinary assistant. Because of our availability, you’ll be able to depend on us for walks, check-ins, and overnight care every day of the week. Your pets will always have priority in our schedules and routines! When caring for pets in our clients’ homes, we do our best to keep everything as close to their normal routine as possible. We follow all feeding schedules, walking routines, and any specific instructions (medications, diets, etc.) to make sure your pet feels comfortable and stress-free when they’re without you. We spend quality time with each pet based on their needs—whether that’s playtime, walks, cuddles, or simply keeping them company. We’re happy to provide updates, photos, and communication so you can feel confident that your pets are safe, happy, and well cared for.

About: I have taken care of animals since I was a child. I currently have been taking care of my senior dog and cat who require lots of medical attention, so I have a lot of experience with giving medications and tending to special needs. My current part time job is very flexible so I have a lot of available time to help care for your sweet cats and dogs. I will care for the clients pet in the same way I would care for my own pet. I am fully insured, have a website and Google business page, and am available full time for you & your babies🤗🐾 Growing up with a veterinarian mother, we always had multiple pets in the home! When I was 22 I adopted my soulmate, Peaches. Five years later, she was diagnosed with heart failure at a terrifying hospital visit. My quick (panicked) reaction, and the incredible doctors, saved her life. She lived another happy 10 months with vigilance and guidance! Having to pill her twice a day, and keep a close eye, I became a pro! At the same time, I was taking care of clients pets, never missing a beat. June 2026 I moved from Virginia where I was one half of 9 Tails Pet Care LLC! You'll see my name mentioned in the Google reviews. We had about 50 clients, some were every day dog walks, some were just vacation bookings, but I loved them all! I was the team lead, and lead caregiver for three years. You can see from my photos, I cared for all kinds of animals. Not much intimidates me anymore lol! Special skills include giving medications, insulin, incredible patience and attention to detail. I'm annoyingly attentive to the weird little individual things- who's nervous, who needs patience, who has a routine, who's uncomfortable, who can I make MORE comfortable, what might the owner worry about while they're away. Every pet, every visit, is treated like my own. I am available, and used to, a full time pet care schedule! Having just moved from my last position in Virginia, I'm ready to establish an incredible client base here in Bastrop. I have a large fenced yard at home, on a quiet street. Pets will never be left unattended, and will always be on leash when leaving the home. Pets will always be handled gently and with care, while maintaining a strong grip on the leash! Water bowls will be clean and filled at every visit, every time. In home cameras are welcome to keep a close eye on your baby! I will also be snapping pictures for you to follow along on our adventures.

About: I have lots of experience with different types of animals. We have three inside kitties that were rescued when they were still bottle feeding. Two years ago we lost our 19 year old Labrador to old age. And the year before that we lost our 16 year old chow chow to old age. I will feed, water, walk and clean up after the babies. I am a full time store manager for Hobby Lobby. I Rover on the side to help my youngest daughter pay for her wedding. I am available most evenings after 6p. I do not wish to care for anyone’s fur babies in my home. It would stress my kitties and I will not put them through any stress. I will take very good care of your fur babies in your home. I will follow all instructions given for their care and do my best to make the visit as comfortable as possible for the babies.

About: I've had a lot of pets in my life. I currently have 6 dogs and 3 cats. I have experience with reactive dogs and dog selective dogs. I deal mostly with large and extra large dogs but have owned medium and small dogs. I've worked for a boarding kennel before so I have some professional experience with that. I am also a current foster to shelter dogs so I see different breeds and personalities all the time. I work a full time job. I work nights so I'm usually available during the day early mornings and evenings on the days I work. I can always find a way to make it work. I have dogs that do not get along with other dogs or people. I am very used to a crate and rotate schedule and I'm very conscious of my dogs mood and behavior. I also have foster dogs, so I have new dogs in and out and ensuring safety is my top priority.

About: I've taken care of dogs of all kinds since I was 10. Neighbors relied on me to let their dogs out while they were gone! I prioritize pet care and love to make sure the doggos get plenty of exercise and stay healthy! Give me the cat food recipe and I'll mix it. I leave everything as I found it when pet sitting in house and ensure that your fur babies have a safe and fun time! About: I grew up with dogs and cats, have fostered both and been a cat owner. I have also helped friends and acquaintances with their pets while they are away. My experience includes walking dogs, scooping 💩, changing litter boxes, providing food and play to pets, and completing general house sitting tasks. I have also administered eye medications to kittens before and allergy meds to dogs. I have also lived on a couple of farms and helped take care of horses, goats, chickens, and even a rabbit. I would love to take care of your pet and offer you the peace of mind to know I will love on and care for them as if they were my own :) I’m self-employed, so I have plenty of time available to care for your pets. Specifically, I am a Certified Public Accountant who quit her consulting job to become a part-time farmer! I am currently operating my own micro-farm growing organic vegetables and flowers in South Austin which allows my schedule to be very flexible. I am available for boarding, house-sitting, pet walking and drop-in visits to feed and play with cats and dogs (and other animals on a case by case basis). I am happy to visit and care for a variety of pets by feeding and playing with them as well as helping with any household tasks including plant watering, checking the mail and throwing out trash/recycling. I am currently living in a tiny home on my own on a large plot of land with plenty of access to unfenced outdoor space if you are interested in boarding your pets. I am also very happy to come to your home for drop-in visits and/or to stay overnight if you and your pets would be more comfortable with that option. For dogs, I am happy to spend time indoors with them playing with toys and giving them good belly scratches as well as take them outdoors either into the backyard and/or on walks. I have experience both with big dogs including a German Shepherd, Great Pyrenees lab mix, Australian Shepherds, and shelter dogs as well as smaller dogs including a Teacup Pomeranian and an Iggie. I’m very active, so if your dog has a lot of energy and likes to go on runs, I am happy to run with them as well. For cats, I am happy to match their energy levels - if they are playful and energetic, I engage with them and encourage play. If they prefer to sleep or rest or are more shy, I am happy to just be around and pet them/brush them if they would like or just give them space. I am happy to care for other pets if requested and I am comfortable with the care instructions. I have previously cared for a tortoise, which mainly consisted of feeding him and giving him water.

About: I am a nature lover! I enjoy taking my dogs, Rosemary & Kuzca, on exciting hikes and engaging adventures. We love visiting the river, the dog park, hitting nature trails around town, and quality play time at home. I also love cuddling up with my cat, Bee, when she will let me!
