About: I’ve had friends and neighbors rely on me to take care of their dogs when gone. I’m good with walking them and taking them out to the park. I love to play with them and make sure they are loved when their owner is out of town. I can’t have my own dog in Baton Rouge and looking to help others when in a crunch. I work Monday-Thursday on the road most weeks but not all weeks. I am free every weekend to take care of your dogs. On weekends I just hang out in my apartment by myself most the time. I live in an apartment but we do have a dog park. And I am willing to travel to take care of your dog also. I can also load the dog up and take him/her to the park. The dog can stay overnight on weekends and I even have a few dog toys and bones at my place for dogs.

She was flexible when I asked if she could put a delivery in our garage when it arrived very early. She also washed her bedding and made everything ready without us even asking! (Normally we wouldn't even ask the sitter to do that!) She made fast friends with our needy cat and love on our dog who willingly went for a walk with her ... something he doesn't normally do until he knows the sitter well. About: Ive worked with pets since I was seven! I also currently work as a veterinary technician and have two cats and a dog! I also used to take care of rabbits and chickens and been taking care of animals all my life and have some expercine working at petco! I take care of pets before and after work and on my days off! I work at the university so most days I am flexible with my schedule before 9 and after 3, but I am able to pop out for a feeding or walk over lunch as well. Evenings are often completely open and available for overnights - my cat has an auto feeder in the case I do need to stay elsewhere overnight so I am able to do that if you'd like! Every pet has their own quirks about how they like/need to be taken care of :) I am also sure to carefully introduce myself with each encounter as I know I am a new face (with cats especially) and will follow your pet's lead on how much they are interested in engaging. Overall, I'm just trying to be sure all the animals are comfortable while someone new is taking care of them!
