About: What sets me apart is my experience with dogs of all ages and personalities. I’ve been dog sitting for 6 years and have cared for both energetic puppies and sweet senior dogs, so I understand that every stage of life comes with different needs. I’m patient with puppies who are still learning and gentle and attentive with older dogs who may need a slower pace or extra comfort. I’m also a big cat lover, so I’m comfortable caring for cats and understanding their unique personalities too. I truly treat every pet like they’re my own — with love, consistency, and lots of attention. Pet walking and sitting fit naturally into my routine because I’m very structured and good at managing my time. I’m a college student at a local college, a member of the cheer team, and I work at Orange City Fitness in Owensboro — so I’m used to balancing responsibilities and staying organized. My schedule allows me to plan pet care around my classes, practices, and work shifts, making sure each pet gets the time, attention, and consistency they deserve. I’m active and energetic, which makes walks fun and engaging, and I’m also responsible and reliable when it comes to feeding schedules, medications, and check-ins. Caring for animals is something I genuinely enjoy, so it fits seamlessly into my daily life. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat both the pets and the home with the utmost respect. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, medications, walk routines, and any special care needs to ensure consistency and comfort for the pet. I understand that inviting someone into your home requires trust, so I always prioritize communication. I provide regular updates, photos, and messages so owners feel reassured while they’re away. I also make sure the home stays clean and secure — locking doors, tidying pet areas, and leaving everything exactly as I found it. My goal is for both pets and owners to feel completely comfortable and confident while they’re away.

About: From the time I was a baby, there has never been a moment where my family did not have any animals in the home, and my love for animals I inherited from my grandpa. I knew when I had my own home, I would also have pets. After adopting my sweet fur babies, finding a reliable and trusting pet sitter was the most important thing, and having the assurance that they were being loved on and taking care of the same way that I do was the utmost importance. After some time and consideration, I thought I could offer my services as a pet sitter and the same love and caring for other animals that I have for mine, as well as offering the peace of mind pet parents need when trusting another to watch their beloved pets. I have personal experience with different breeds of dogs from big to small as well as cats, and have had animals from puppy/kitten stage to old age. My Fila girl completed 4 levels of training at Tri-State K9 University as her background was unknown when I fostered (and later adopted her), but though her behavior it was clear she had been through a rough time and suffered from fear and anxiety. With patience, love, and training she blossomed out of her shell and out came the sweet, playful girl I knew she truly was. I know some animals need extra care and handling in order to trust someone, which is why I know having the best pet sitter is so important and want to bring my love, experience, and patience to you and your beloved pets. I am mostly available early mornings and evening, but I am willing to work with you to find the best schedule to care for your animal(s). My sweet Fila can be picky with her canine friends, so I will not be able to provide services in my home but I am happy to take your dog on walks around your neighborhood, a nearby park, and play a game of fetch (or whatever your animal prefers) in your yard. I also have a wonderful fiance and stepchildren who would also love to help provide extra love and hugs to your animal(s) if allowed.

About: I have been around animals my whole life and have always been an animal lover! I am one of those people whose pets are their family and I love getting to love on others pets as well. I have always cared for family and friends pets when needed and had many repeat clients by word of mouth in my hometown. I would love the opportunity to love on your fur babies! Hi there! I am currently completing a clinical rotation for OT school. I will be working Monday-Thursday, 8am-6pm. I am free outside of those hours to care for your fur babies! I will not be able to provide care in the place I am renting. But in the client home I am open to providing care in the way the client needs. The best part about being able to leave your pet home is keeping their routine!!

About: I've been caring for animals for 10 years. So I understand the responsibility that goes into caring for and meeting the needs of the animals. I have a very flexible schedule. So if you need someone to take care of your pets, I am open to coming over and helping. I offer a drop-in service, and I make sure to follow the instructions from the pet owner for the animal's daily routine. Food/water, potty, play.

About: I have had pets for as long as I can remember. We had pets of all kinds growing up. I have a dog (border collie + blue heeler mix) and a cat (Maine coon). I have been pet sitting for four years and have experience with complex diets, nervous and excited animals, and administering medications orally and through injections. I pet sit in my free time. I usually have to ask off work to take care of animals, so two weeks notice is best. My schedule will be more open in August. I always double check locks on all doors to ensure safety for the animals and belongings in the house. I always clean messes made by animals while I am there.

About: I bathe the dogs, water/feed, play/go on walk or running, take them outside to use the bathroom after they get done eating there supper. If they need medicine before or after eating there meal, I can do that because I had to do it with my German Shepherd once. Animals give me pride, joy, and make me feel special inside and stress is gone. Animals should be treated like a family member in your home. Currently this is my only income along with uber eats. This fits my schedule between my daughter going to school even then I have a babysitter. I will make sure that fences are shut, doors are shut as well as making sure theres no holes in the fences for them to squeeze through.

About: When I was 10, my siblings and I opened a dog boarding business that was my window into pet care. When I was 15, I got my first real job at a dog boarding business, from there I worked at a veterinary clinic where I took care of sick and senior dogs. Ages 17-18 I was a manager at a pet store. I have professionally trained several dogs and have worked with anxious and high drive breeds. I do have a full time job I have every Tuesday and Wednesday off and have short days on weekends, despite sometimes being busy with work I always make sure my dog gets plenty of exercise and enrichment, the same would apply for your dog. I live in a nice quiet area and love taking dogs for walks, my dog does great with dogs and cats. I do not have a fenced in yard, but there is a large grassy patch outside my home where I would provide your dog with time to run around on the long lead. I am a firm believer that exercise and enrichment counters anxiety.

About: I have been caring for dogs and cats on Rover now for almost 7 years. Before Rover, I provided services through another website. Care com. I am relied on now by several people and their families for daily walking, or drop in visits. I also have several repeat housesitting clients. I love all pets but I'm a beagle momma. I have raised beagles for the past 20 years. I love my beagles and I love all dogs. I will take your dogs on walks, do drop in potty breaks, I can keep your dog in your house if you go out of town. As a dog owner I know how hard it is to find a safe, loving and good place for my dogs. I feel it's much better to have our pets comfortable and happy. Anxiety seems to be the number one issue they have when parents are away. I provide that convenience and I continue to strive to be the best friend for them.I have children in college and out of town, that I also use a rover sitter for my own dogs. I can give baths and groom. I am used to high strung/active dogs. I would 99% tell you that your dog will be happy to be with me. They also will not be sad or lonely. I will take photos and keep you updated with anything you ask of me. I am trained in care of animals that need medicine 💉 💊. I look forward to meeting you and your family pet/pets. About: I have over three years of experience working in a veterinary clinic and dog shelter. I have three dogs of my own named Toast, CJ and Cooper. In addition to my boys I have one girl cat named Argent (Argie). I have had experience with medically complex dogs that have seizures, autoimmune disorders, complex eye issues and more. Owning exotic animals and horses has also been a passion of mine for over six years. If you can keep it as a pet, I have experience with it! I am available for select holidays, weekends, and overnight stays (subject to change). I have a part time job during the week which leaves my availability to only on weekends.
