From the start, she was warm, professional, and deeply attentive. She sent thoughtful updates throughout the day—photos, videos, and little notes that made it clear she wasn’t just going through the motions. She genuinely cared about Cassius and was totally tuned into his needs and personality. By the second day, I stopped worrying altogether. Cassius looked relaxed, happy, and clearly comfortable with her. I could tell he was in great hands, and that meant everything to me. Yating is the kind of person you immediately trust—reliable, communicative, calm, and intuitive. I would 100% trust her again, without hesitation. She made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel completely seamless, and for that, I’m incredibly grateful. But I knew that she was going to take great care of him while I was hospitalized. She was very helpful and accommodating. We dropped our fur baby off to Jamie on the way to the hospital for me to have surgery. Never once did I worry about my baby. She sent pictures and messages to my husband. My husband picked our pup up at the end of the week and he was very happy to see his daddy. I was so relieved when my husband came to the hospital to tell me how well taken care of our baby was. I will use Jamie again in the future if she's available. Very satisfied. Highly recommend her and her family!”
