About: Hi, my name is Jane and I’m thrilled to be your next pet-sitter on Rover! I grew up with dogs and have always loved everything about animals, ESPECIALLY dogs. I grew up with pups and they just make me happy. Period. My first experience with a dog was with our first family pet, Pancho, when I was six. We adopted him from the Humane Society and I learned early on how easy it is to bond with animals. My other most memorable experience with animals was helping to train a yellow lab who was learning to be a guide dog for the blind. I took her everywhere with me, including my school, the grocery store, etc., and it made me feel really good to help a dog give sight to someone in need. Pet-sitting has given me the opportunity to work many types of breeds and sizes of dogs. I am open to caring for all types and l make a real effort to understand each pup’s distinct personality. I find it works best when I speak with my clients about how they want their dogs to be cared for and do my best to adjust my care to their specific needs. I provide excellent customer service by communicating openly, responding as quickly as possible to requests and keeping in touch with my clients during their dog’s time with me. I also send photos and updates and make sure I stay attentive to their dog’s needs, particularly when it comes to giving water, food, potty breaks and making sure they remain comfortable and content! I enjoy being active with dogs and love going on walks or cuddling. I have experience giving medication and understand how to get to know a dog on his or her terms. If allowed, I will use treats to reward good behavior and make sure to give lots of pets and cuddles as well! Finally, I am reliable and am a perfectionist. I am always on time and make sure my clients’ dogs are fed and walked on time. Currently I'm working really early in the morning Monday-Friday 5:45-2 pm, just to be upfront. I don't work weekends so I have more free time then. I am happy to play fetch, etc. with your dog in the yard and I don't mind dogs sleeping on the bed with me. I am very careful when entering/exiting a client's home to make sure their dog doesn't try to get out the front door.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since high school & have loved every second of it! I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, so I’m very comfortable around dogs of all sizes. I genuinely enjoy going on walks, playing fetch, & just spending time with them. Even though I don’t currently have a dog of my own, I miss having one around. About: Ever since my husband and I got our own dog we just love the idea of taking care of other pets. I understand how it feels when you go places or on vacation or whatever and you cannot take your furbabies with you. This reason is why we love taking care of our friends pets when they are away. It will ONLY be myself working and dog sitting. My husband is not part of this, he has his own things to do, and he watches our own furbaby. I am a full-time student and I only have 2 days out of 7 that are in person. I am flexible most of the days. Oh my boy is spoiled but not too spoiled. I always groom my dog by myself every other day. We put him first because hes our furbaby (even though he is 6 years old). We take him on walks twice a day for 15-30mins. I always offer to groom my friends pets that we look after; only if their furbaby allows it. For my friends with cats, I usually pet the cats after I take care of their dishes (food&water) only if they allow it.

About: Hey! An animal lover since day 1. I've cared for animals of all shapes and sizes, ranging from geckos to horses. I'm an avid horseback rider and am majoring in animal science, at this point, I don't think anything can scare me and I'm capable of giving pills or shots. I've cared for various pets for over a decade so your fuzzy felines will find fabulous care with me and your cute canines will receive all the cuddles too:) I work part time currently and have very available mornings, my work schedule is fairly flexible and I can fit my time to fit your schedule, especially if you are looking for something permanent. In my own home, my cat takes priority, and I work to keep her as comfortable as possible, (I've gone so far as to stop wearing heavily fragranced lotions since it bothers her!) I maintain structured meal times and try to incorporate lots of activity that the animal enjoys. I try my very best to be a source of solace and comfort to the animal especially when having new people come over, or having owners leave can be quite stressful for our friends.

About: I’ve probably been taking care of dogs longer than 8 years! I’ve dog sat multiple dogs in my home for friends and family and also just looked after some while I’ve babysat various families children! I’m doing job searching right now for the summer so I’m pretty open to whenever you need for the most part! Just looking to get a few part time jobs for the summer! I have a fenced in backyard, plenty of space for your pups to play free. We have 2 cats but they do their own thing and won’t be a problem. They don’t like dogs but they won’t hurt them haha they just stay away. I make sure that your pups will always have the best care and attention! I love playing fetch the most!

About: I currently study Animal, Dairy, & Veterinary Science at USU and have experience working in a clinic as well as caring for pets of my own. I love dogs with my whole heart and have 3 of my own who are very loved❤️ As a student looking to go to vet school, taking care of animals is my passion. About: My aunt breeds English labs and I have grown up helping her with dog shows, babysitting etc. I've had dogs and cats through my life and I currently have my own English lab that I car for and Love. I currently have Wednesdays, Fridays and weekends off, so I can any time those days. The other days I work 8-6 and can come either before then or after. In my own home my dog is never locked up so I am ok to do the same with others pets. I'm happy to play with pets or go on walks with them.

About: I’ve loved animals my whole life. I have always had cats and dogs since I can remember. When i was 16 I started volunteering at the animal hospital and have done it ever since. I have owned and fostered special needs, elderly and brand new. I can administer meds, help on potty breaks, feed, bathe and play! I work as a realtor and part time dietitian, mostly remotely! I’m very flexible and mostly home! I only leave to show homes or take my kids to school/ activities. I have a fenced yard. A friendly deaf Maltese poodle, a sweet Siberian cat who loves all walks of life. And 2 daughters who LOVE helping and playing with animals. My husband loves them too!
