About: I have had a dog at home all my life and have been volunteering at animal shelters for the past 4 years where I would walk dogs and socialize cats and dogs. I am a college student and have a completely free schedule over the summer. I can come on same day notice and can stay over night. I can’t offer my home for boarding but I can stay over at your house and am responsible and have lived alone and can clean do laundry and other tasks to keep the home clean for when you return. I can also come over and bring your dog out for walks.

About: I have had large dogs my entire life and over the past ten years have also had cats. I have raised Newfoundlands, Bernese mountain dogs, and Manx cats. I have also taken care of many different breeds of dogs and cats for friends and family. Bijons, King Charles Cavalier, Labs, Goldens, St Bernard’s, Ragdolls, Siamese. Dawn was wonderful. We needed someone to walk our dog from our hotel a few times when we were in from out of town. She was even willing to do a late night visit. Dawn went out of her way to come and meet him beforehand and was very gentle with our small Pomeranian who was nervous in the new environment and not always comfortable with strangers. Dawn was so sweet with him, stayed in touch on her visits and was just a genuinely nice person. I completely trusted her with our fur baby and would absolutely call on her again.

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
