Dawn was wonderful. We needed someone to walk our dog from our hotel a few times when we were in from out of town. She was even willing to do a late night visit. Dawn went out of her way to come and meet him beforehand and was very gentle with our small Pomeranian who was nervous in the new environment and not always comfortable with strangers. Dawn was so sweet with him, stayed in touch on her visits and was just a genuinely nice person. I completely trusted her with our fur baby and would absolutely call on her again.
We really enjoyed working with Veronica From our first point of contact and throughout the several days she helped us she was easy to communicate with and provided timely updates on our pet. She was always on time and gave our pet extra time and attention after his walks. It was a particularly hard time to do drop ins - a lot of snow, followed by another day of rain but she dutifully showed up and gave Leo his full walks every day.
