About: I've personally owned animals my entire life. I've raised 3 dogs in the past and currently own qthat absolutely love other animals and people! I also have 3 cats that are all extremely friendly and love new things. I currently work at an animal shelter working with dogs, cats, small mammals, birds, reptiles, and amphibians. I have experience with friendly animals, reactive animals, and shy animals. I'm very skilled at giving medications as I have to do it daily for my job. My schedule is very flexible and I'm also good in medical cases with animals. I don't have a degree in veterinary sciences, but work with strange cases daily and have a close connection with vet techs. I'm excited to open my heart to new animals! I currently work part time in the mornings and can stop in before my shift to do a check in, potty breaks, and feeding. Once I'm off in the afternoon, I can do more check-ins and walks. In the afternoons, I can stick around longer to spend more time with them. I have experience with positive reinforcement and am also okay with using dog crates if the need is there. I'm experienced with different types of harnesses and collars as well and have worked with dogs with many different allergies.

About: I have had dogs since for my entire life, so I have cared for all ages of dogs from puppies to seniors. I enjoy taking dogs on walks, spending time cuddling with senior dogs, and playing with puppies! I am currently a full time student at the University of Iowa in Iowa City. I have a few hours during the weekdays for potty breaks and feeding, and I am available on the weekends. I am willing to pet sit overnight in your home on weeknights, as well as weekends. My apartment is not pet-friendly, so I am not allowed to bring your pets to me, but I will drive to your home to care for your pets there. I currently have one cat of my own, but I grew up with both big and small dogs, as well as indoor and outdoor cats—so I’m very comfortable around pets of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments. Otherwise, I get my schedule for the next week on Friday afternoons, which means I can book one-times about a week out. Whether I’m on a walk or watching them at home, I follow their routines closely and make sure they feel safe, happy, and understood. I’m big on cuddles, playtime, and keeping their environment clean and calm. About: I’ve loved dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. I’ve had both small and large dogs (all rescues!) and one cat, and caring for them has always brought me joy. I helped care for my senior dog through lymphoma, so I understand the extra attention aging pets need. I’ve also looked after neighbors’ pets, including hunting dogs, and I’ve volunteered at animal shelters. About: I have taken care of dogs, pigs, chickens, cats, birds and fish for my family and for friends. I also have a Persian senior cat at home :) I am currently unemployed so I am available most of the time other than taking care of my family. I am looking for check ins, I can feed, walk, play, etc. and clean up after animals. I don’t mind multiple animals at one time. I go on long walks every day now and need a partner! About: I have been the go-to neighborhood dog sitter ever since I was in junior high. Now I live in Iowa City with my husband and field retriever, Oakley, and am ready to continue opening my home to your pets! I have experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, personalities, and energy levels. I work from home, so I am here all day for your pet. My typical routine with Oakley includes a lunch time walk and a post work hike at Hickory Hill. I’d love to bring your pup along for these adventures but can also cater to your pups individual needs/preferences and adjust as needed! We have a fenced in yard as well for the pups to run around in. I work full time from home, so I am able to attend to your dog throughout the day as needed. I typically play fetch or tug or something or the sort with my pup in the morning, take her for a walk ~1 mi walk over lunch, and for a 1-2 hour hike after work. I can adjust the level of activity as needed to match what you’re looking for! I have a fenced in yard (standard chain link so not suited for high jumpers) and an active pup for your dog to play with! I am comfortable crating your dog or leaving free roaming, whatever is your preference and your routine!

About: I have dog sat for everyone I know. I am the first person someone asks to dog sit. I provide lots of care, attention, and play for dogs. I enjoy walking and spending time with as many dogs as possible! My summer is very open! I have free time almost all of the time! I am studying for my boards that I will be taking soon this summer! I have a park and woods near my house that dogs seem to absolutely love! I live alone with no animals so all attention and focus will be on the doggie!

About: I have owned many dogs in my life time. I can deal with dogs who don’t do well on a leash as well as senior dogs. I am located in Iowa City I am starting a new job in the beginning of July so in the meantime I’m free every day for drop in visits or boarding. Once my job starts I will only be free Friday-Sunday I live in a safe apartment complex with a pad lock on the front door so your pet will be safe. Experience with many types of dogs.

About: I grew up on a farm and have had pets of all kinds like German Shepherd dogs abd many cats. I currently own 2 feisty Japanese Chin, who are treated like royalty. I currently working weekdays from 6am until 2pm so im available to do drop in visits and walks on evenings and weekends and happy to board small abd medium sized dogs or cats in my home. I have a 6 foot privacy fence in my back yard and two dogs who have their own playroom that they like to spend their time in. I like to take dogs for walks. I also do caregiving for humans so I well versed in medication giving and personal cares.
