“We loved Lena and so did our pup! Lena stayed in our home for almost a week and took great care of our dog while we were gone. She was great at communicating with us, giving me plenty of peace of mind since we don't leave our girl often. We returned to a home that probably looked better than we left it and a happy and at ease dog. Definitely recommend and would happily rebook!”

“Morgan did great with Bailey and I felt that she was safe with her. They hit it off at Morgan’s initial visit and Bailey was so excited to see her again. I will definitely be asking Morgan to help again. Thanks.”

This allows me to have a free schedule for pet sitting. I usually stay with the pets so they get the love and attention that they deserve during my time watching them. I try to send updates on the pets every 1-2 days to help the owners feel more comfortable while they are gone from their fur babies!

“Molly was a dream come true. She was friendly and energetic and made sure my baby didn't even realize I wasn't there. I hired her to stay at my house for the weekend and she was very respectful of my home. The only bad thing would probably be my dog was happy I was home but asking where Molly was and when she'd come back. Pretty sure he didn't even miss me with all the love, attention and spoiling. Will definitely be using her again.”

About: Hi! My name is Amber. I am a teacher-turned-author looking to serve your every doggy need. Growing up, I thought I wanted to be a Vet. I spent every Saturday volunteering at the Ross Country Humane Society from ages 10-18 and was part of the Humane Society of the United States Advisory Board. I have spent thousands of hours with animals in shelters/rescues. After much prayer and consideration, God led me to writing instead of Veterinary work. I have experience in pet and house sitting, boarding, and walking. I love pets of all ages, breeds, and sizes, but have a particular soft spot for golden retrievers, huskies, and terrier mixes. As an author, I love showing love to animals and find it to be an excellent and comforting mind-break. Since getting married, I currently offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and house/pet sitting in Chillicothe, Ohio. I don't currently own any pets of my own. I have worked with large and small pets and enjoy spending time with them. From pen to paws, I love serving your dogs through walking, feeding, bathroom breaks, running, and playing. I'm your sitter with a smile and an author who lives to serve! :) I am a full-time teacher-turned-author so I work from home. Pet care fits pretty easily into my routine as I make my schedule. Walking dogs, conducting drop-in visits, and house/pet sitting give me the mental break I need. Other than Church, or running errands, I am pretty flexible with needs. I offer complimentary photos and videos, check-in texts and messages, lots of love, walks, exercise, treats, and fun! Every pet has a stay like they are one of my pets. As mentioned, I don't currently don't have any pets of my own, but I grew up with dogs.

“Schawna stayed wtih our animals at the house for 5 days. She checked in with us to let them know they were doing well and sent us pictures with them as well. Our flight arrived late so we told her she could leave and the dogs would be okay so we didn’t get to chat with her before she parted, but we came home and were pleasantly surprised to see the house was also very clean, it even looked cleaner than when we left. We would definitely use Schawna again to take care of our 2 dogs, 2 cats, and home.”

Jenna T.
“Jenna is one of the biggest animal lovers I know. She is very passionate about animals and treats every animal I’ve seen her around as if they are her own. She is very punctual and considerate of others and the first person I would call to take care of my dogs when needed. You will not regret hiring her and she will be a positive addition to your dogs life.”

She was able to give all 3 of our dogs the attention they demand, including changes of behavior/health. We would highly recommend her and will be reaching out to her in the future. 10/10!!”

Allison B.
“Allie has taken care of our pup more than once and I can’t recommend her enough! Our sweet Junie B is always ecstatic to know Allie will be taking care of her while we’re out of town. As pet owners, we trust Allie entirely. She consistently communicates with us while we’re away and keeps up our daily routine so that Junie’s feeding times and exercise never changes. Allie certainly has a heart for animals and it shows in the way she has cared for ours😊”

Summer W.
“Summer is great with pets. I have an elderly, cranky English bulldog who is beyond spoiled and Summer would take care of her while I was away. She would sometimes stay a week or more and was excellent with my pup's ridiculous demands and pharmacy of meds. Mrs. Hudson was always happy and healthy when I returned. She was always excited to see her friend Summer when it was time for me to go away. In fact, now that we have moved, my dog is just a little less happy with any other sitter. You can be sure that your pets will be well taken care of and even a bit spoiled when you can't be there. I know how hard it is to trust someone with your furry family members but don't hesitate on contacting her. Your pups (or kitties) will be in great hands.”

Megan F.
“Megan took very good care of my dogs! She followed their feeding, medicine, and walking schedule perfectly. They loved her. I definitely recommend her. She’s the best”

Amber G.
“Amber has watched my dog Sam for about the past 4 years each summer when we take our family vacation. She is also was very flexible if we provided last minute dates. Amber was so attentive when we explained what she needed to do, and followed everything perfectly. She made sure he always got food and water and put to bed at night with a treat. She is so good with him and he loves having her come over to watch him so he wouldn’t have to go to the kennel. She also took care of our cat Sebastian while she was there and did an equally amazing job. I would highly recommend Amber as a dog sitter!!”
