About: I have over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for animals of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. As the founder of a nonprofit rescue, I’ve worked with everything from energetic puppies to introverted senior cats, and I truly believe every animal deserves to feel safe, loved, and understood. I specialize in shy, quirky, or high-needs pets—those who might take a little extra patience (and maybe a snack bribe or two) to warm up. The photos you see here? They’re a mix of foster pets, my personal pets, and beloved dog-sitting clients. If your pet has ever been described as “a little dramatic,” “selectively friendly,” or “too smart for their own good,” we’ll get along just fine. My approach is gentle, flexible, and grounded in experience—and lots of treats. I tailor my care to each pet’s needs and personality, whether they’re a wild child or a cuddle bug. My goal is for your furry family member to feel right at home—even when they’re not. Someone is home most of the day, so your pets will have plenty of companionship. We’re only ever away for a max of four hours at a time—perfect for pets who need extra snuggles or supervision. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priority. I have a fully fenced yard and two friendly dogs who love making new pals. I can easily crate your pup if needed or keep them separated if they prefer their own space. My home is pet-proofed, cozy, and always full of love (and treats).

About: Hi, I am a full time pet sitter which means I am home with your pets during the day and all night. I have fostered and rescued animals for 16 years with various rescue groups and city shelters. Animals bring pure joy to my life and I will give individual care to each animal as if they are my own. Your pets will get one on one care in my home which is fully fenced on an acre, and I have 3 separate yards that are individually fenced. I am also a yogi, Reiki practitioner and an artist. I have two large dogs that will not be interacting with your pets and are kept in a separte part of the home. I am very flexible and eager to help you and your pets in any way. I will always send you pics throughout the day so you can see how they are doing while you are away. I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies. I am home full time and will make your fur babies my top priority. During my days I'm usually creating art with your kiddos under foot which brings me pure joy. My home is divided into two sections. I keep my fur babies at the back of the house with their own courtyard. While your fur babies will stay in my art studio / guest bedroom with their own yard. While their stay I spend my nights with them in the guest bedroom as they usually feel pretty lonely away from their family. I find this helps ease any anxiety they may have while staying with me.

About: Full time caregiver. I have always grown up with many pets including dauchsands, pitbulls, English bulldogs, parakeets, and even turtles. I do not have any pets currently besides my parakeet, but I am great with almost all. Unfortunately I am allergic to cats! Happy to pet sit in the Albuquerque area as well! I will water if anything needs to be watered or packages brought in during stays! Santa fe can be arranged for longer stays. I am available full time & I will give your pets all my love and attention! I enjoy being active so walks and/or hikes are a plus! I am very cautious and live in a home with a very high 6 foot brick wall and large back yard. It is perfect for running around and safe as well, as well as lots of indoor space!

About: I have provided care for cats and dogs for many years. I have experience with puppies to senior dogs that need more attention due to health issues. I will be available Monday-Friday, 9-5pm. I would love to hang out with your pets all day! I work from home so I can care for your animals during my work day. I will care for your animals, take them to the dog park, feed, water and even walk in the park. I have a small pool in my backyard for cooling off in the summer months.

About: We have two bullmastiffs who are very friendly, well socialized and love to play with other doggies. I love to care for and play with them and I will care for and play with your doggies like they are my own. I am free on the weekends and update my weekday availability on here. I will always make your dogs safety and care my #1 priority while in my care. We have a fenced yard for them to run around in and a dog door so they can cool off inside whenever they want to. Our house is “puppy proofed” and dogs are free to climb onto couches and beds.

I live in a very safe and secluded community where there isn’t as much threat to other wildlife. I also have a protected brick wall and gated fence that wraps around my entire backyard for the doggies to either play, sniff, or have a potty break. Not to mention a very spacious, air conditioned home for your pets to feel right at home!

“I needed a last minute day care for my puppy bear that was spayed a week ago. Bear still had a cone and being a rescue she is still learning things like potty training as well as getting comfortable with humans. That being said I was timid to leave her with anyone she didn't know, however tamara handled her perfectly. I was able to work without worrying about my puppy, I had asked for updates at 11 and 3 which she provided with pictures as well as a detailed summery of the day. About: Pet sitting was my very first job as a kid! Growing up we had 6 dogs total through the years. 3 that were rescues & 3 that we got as pups! My husband & I now have a pup of our own named Goose. He is a 1 year old Male Golden Retriever that absolutely loves getting to hangout & play with other dogs 😊 I am a stay at home mom so I can be very flexible when it comes to scheduling. Your pup will get plenty of love and attention from us! I have a fenced in yard and our 1.5 year old Golden Retriever, Goose! They will get plenty of playtime together both indoors & outdoors! Dogs are always supervised while outside. I can also take them on walks in our neighborhood & on walks to our neighborhood dog park. We don’t allow dogs on a lot of our furniture but we do have a couch we have deemed the “dog couch” that they are allowed on if they want. :) Our dog is always up to date on shots, flea/ tick meds, etc & we ask that your dog is the same!

About: I’ve always had cats and dog from the time I was born. Over the last 10 years I’ve also gotten chickens, ducks, Guinea hens, turkeys, goats, horses, pigs, rabbits and Guinea pigs. There’s not much I haven’t dealt with or cleaned up. I only work part time and I am a mom of 4 children who all do rodeo. All 4 of my kids love animals and are super helpful when helping care for animals. My two teenagers are super responsible and do work themselves to help pay for their rodeo and things they want. We live on a fenced acre and a half. We have 4 dogs, 4 outside cats, poultry, 3 goats and 2 horses. All of our pets get lots of love and attention as yours would when in our care.

About: I've been around animals my entire life. We had family friends who lived on a farm and that place was like a second home to my sister and I. Alongside that, we had 3 family dogs. The first two dogs we had since I was about 5 and the other was given to me on my 10th Birthday. During the 13 wonderful years she was in my life, she had two full liters of puppies in which I was responsible to help my parents manage from birthing to selling them. I have the knowledge and skills to take care of older pets as my Miley got really frail in her older years. I am someone who has always had a deep emotional connection towards animals, dogs specifically. I believe that once you adopt, take in, or purchase a animal that they are automatically apart of the family. I am currently my grandmother's caregiver in the morning and in afternoon I work part-time as a CYFD Family Visitation Monitor. I care for my grandmother for 2 hours in morning and in afternoon I am gone anywhere between 3 to 5 hours depending on when scheduled in but am always back by 630ish. I live on half an acre fenced property so there is plenty of safe room for your dog/dogs to be entertained and loved on by my 2 sweet doggies and myself. I do have the means to crate easily if necessary, as well as, plenty of rooms and space if separate feeding is needed. I do have several water stations in my home, which I change daily, so your doggie will always have access to fresh water. At night, my puppy gets closed in my makeup room where her bed is with some water and toys to keep her company; while my older dog sleeps freely in the home. Every morning I wake up at 7, let dogs out while I get ready for my grandmother's, and then they get returned to crates while at grandmothers. After I get home from Grandmother's I let dogs out and feed them. After they eat, I let them outside and leave them out for a little depending on the weather. My house has several big dog toys which are constantly played with inside as well as out depending on the weather. And of course I have treats because you can never forget to reward the babies for good behavior and just to occasionally spoil them.

About: I have a very close connection with animals and pets and I'm not afraid to get down and dirty playing with dogs. I have a very well trained and obedient dog that only knows how to be friendly. I've done all my own training with all the pets I've had and they all have been commended by others for their training. It has been noticed and mentioned countless times that I have a special connection with animals, especially dogs. I use a Camelback stocked with an additional 2 40oz water thermos, collapsible water bowls, clean-up bags, toys, and a first aid kit to keep everyone hydrated, entertained, and safe on walks and hikes. My schedule is flexible to care for your furry babies. I am available most hours of the day and usually able to accommodate new customers and pets. I keep pets leashed anytime they are not inside a house or a fenced in area to keep your loved ones safe and protected. I am careful of what is accessible and safe for any pet to encounter or consume.
