“Victoria was an absolute amazing sitter with our medium size Catahoula Black Mouth Cur. It didn’t bother her at all dealing with a larger pet. I could really tell she cared for him and wasn’t just doing a pet babysitting job. He usually doesn’t eat much when we are away but Victoria had a couple of clever ideas and he was eating and drinking like a happy fella. He likes people and doesn’t like being alone so Victoria’s hour visit twice a day really helped those lonesome times. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
