“Cheyanne took amazing care of our fur baby! We were gone for 5 days and she frequently sent us pictures as well as updates on how he was doing. She also administered all of his daily medication and ear drops with no troubles. She was very flexible with our schedule and responded to our messages very quickly. We highly reccomend her to anyone and will deffinately book her again in the future!”

“John, continues to be such a perfect fit for Ozzy. Ozzy is usually reticent when meeting people, even some who he has meet a dozen times before, not the case with John. It makes me feel good that Ozzy is in good hands.”

About: I grew up on a farm and cared for a variety of animals including cows, pigs, horses, goats and dogs. Having owned dogs my entire life and currently have 3 of my own, I am passionate about providing the best care. I can recognize the challenges of leaving your pets behind while traveling and the peace of mind that comes from knowing they are in capable and caring hands. I am committed to treating every pet I care for as if they were my own, ensuring their comfort, safety, and happiness at all times. I work part-time so I will have plenty of time to care for your pets. I live super close to numerous parks and walking trails that will allow me to incorporate regular exercise and outdoor time into your pets' schedule here. **Dog Boarding in our home means either you drop your dog(s) off at a discussed time at our home or we pick them up. If you are unable to be on time please let me know as soon as possible so that we are able to reschedule your time slot. WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: -Food: Please prepackage each meal. No need to bring bowls unless they require a slow feeder. -Any item that brings them comfort. ex. blanket or bed -Medicine: ex. anxiety meds, probiotics, vitamins. Bring whatever your dog will require while they are with me. **Drop-in visits are when I stop by your home to address any needs your dog my need, such as: food/water, potty break, quick play time, medications, etc. Visits are usually 20-40 minutes depending on what needs to be done. **Dog Walking will require me to come to your home and walk your dog in your neighborhood. Please let me know in advance if your dog is a bit hesitant on new/different walk paths. (Some pets do not like to take different routes that what they are used to.)
“A little far out but definitely worth it for our dog to have such a wonderful farm environment to roam and play. Maribel and Carl are wonderful and so attentive to dogs in their care! They carefully acclimate your dog to their farm property and then give them the opportunity to run and frolic with other dogs (on long leads). The kennel area attached to the house is a clean secure place for dogs to rest after exercise. Big plus; they send you pictures daily of the fun and rest times your dog is having! If you're looking for an adventuresome place to leave your dog while on vacation I highly recommend Maribel and Carl's farm haven!”

“Alliyah watched my two whippet boys for an overnight trip and everything went very smoothly. She sent regular updates and photos throughout the stay, which really put my mind at ease. My dogs were clearly comfortable and happy with her. Alliyah is friendly, professional, and follows instructions carefully. Your dogs are in great hands with her!”

“Accommodated our last min plans, and took great care of our toy poodle. Wendy D sent pictures/videos of Hershey enjoying playing in her fenced in back yard, lounging on the couch and going on walks.”

“They really treated Sasha like family & kept me well informed with videos & pictures. We will definitely use them again. Once again, thank you for making Sasha’s stay comfortable for her & making us feel comfortable leaving her with you!!????”

“Angela was great. She kept my 2 dogs knowing one was a runner and made sure she was on a lead before the door was open. She kept me updated for the overnight stay. I will use her again to take care of my dogs again. Thank you.”

“My husband and I have 100% confidence in Chantal. She always provides great updates, is very flexible around drop off and pick up times— which is especially important when a train or a flight is delayed — and our dogs are treated as if they are her own, with lots of snuggling and play time. We have no anxieties about them while we’re gone. Highly recommended!”

“Hayden is the absolute sweetest and most accommodating! We had several changes in our trip schedule and he made everything feel at ease and very responsive. He was wonderful at sending pics and updates and even took the on walks around a lake which my pups adored! Such a mature patient kind young man. I wish there were more stars to give and we hope he will host our pups again ☺️”

About: I have years of experience in training dogs, house sitting, watering plants (🥴) , walking dogs on and off leash, boarding dogs and cat care. I am great with all... easing going to stubborn to skeptical. I spent the last 4 years living in Washington and my actual job title was "dog wrangler' I have a high energy dog of my own. I know how hard it is to find comforting care for our four legged buddies. I make mental and physical stimulation for our buddies a priority. I am able to watch dogs in your home to have them feel the most comfortable while you're away. I have experience dealing with dogs of all types and demeanors.

About: Animals have always been a central part of my life. As a pet owner myself, I understand that our pets are family members, not just animals. My personal dogs receive the same love, attention, and care that I would want for any pet entrusted to me. In addition to caring for my own pets, I have more than 15 years of hands-on experience with dogs and cats, including owning and operating a nonprofit animal rescue for five years. Through my rescue work, I cared for hundreds of dogs of all ages, breeds, sizes, and temperaments, including puppies, seniors, special-needs pets, and dogs recovering from illness or surgery. I am experienced with administering medications, monitoring health concerns, and recognizing when a pet may need extra attention or veterinary care. I know that every pet has a unique personality and routine, and I strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles on the couch, or simply having a calm companion nearby, I will care for them as if they were my own. I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide attentive care and accommodate a variety of pet care needs. Because I spend a significant amount of time at home, your pet will receive plenty of attention, companionship, exercise, and potty breaks throughout the day. I understand the importance of maintaining routines and will work with you to ensure your pet’s schedule, feeding times, medications, and preferences are followed closely. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or prefers a quieter environment, I can provide the level of care and attention they need. Safety is always my top priority. My experience running an animal rescue taught me how to properly introduce dogs, recognize signs of stress, manage different personalities, and provide a safe environment for pets with varying needs. I have a securely fenced yard and closely supervise outdoor time. I can also accommodate medications, special feeding instructions, crate training, and senior pet care.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
