About: I have taken care of many animals in my lifetime and I especially love dogs! My favorite thing to do in the evening after taking a walk is to cuddle with a sweet puppy, a book (or Stardew Valley) and a hot tea. In my free time I like to paint and crochet, ask me about my headscarves! I currently work part time as a secretary so I have plenty of time to spend with your pet as well as short turn around for your last minute trips. I love to take walks so I can provide any exercise needed. I have cared for shy, nervous and high energy pups. I also have experience with giving dogs medication and caring for elderly dogs. My mother has been in the rescue space for about 15 years, starting her own in 2019. I am currently in school part-time and can be out doing that for about 2-6 hours on Mondays and Wednesdays. During this time, my mother works from home, takes care of the animals' needs, and lets them hang out with her while she works. The animals run the schedule in our home; there's never a time their needs aren't met for other plans. I am a night owl, but I am also up very early. So no matter the time of day, I can stay on schedule for walking, feeding, medication, or potty times. I'm experienced with leash pullers and escape artists, so I am always very cautious when it comes to walking or when leaving a dog alone. I have a wealth of knowledge about veterinary needs and am not afraid to act if it ever becomes necessary. I have a large fenced-in yard here at the house and plenty of space to roam with a leash outside of that. The permanent animals in my home are 4 friendly dogs (1 male Chow, 1 female Chow, 2 female small-medium mixed breeds) and 5 cats. Fosters are in and out often but do not disturb the function of the household. Separation is possible in the house with crates, corrals, or gated off rooms. Extra animal supplies are always available here from the rescues' overflow, so we are always prepared for anything. We keep a clean home, and I've been a part-time professional cleaner, so I will keep a tidy space if staying in your home as well. I'm not afraid of any messes; I have seen and cleaned it all! Communication is key, and I'm up for molding around your schedule if need be. My aim to treat your pups with the utmost respect and love they deserve, so you won't have any need to worry when you can't be with them!

This has happened to me and it is so very unfortunate I have to say this...If you have a senior dog, please let me know of any changes to their health!!!!! If you believe your pup is nearing end of life, PLEASE do not ask me to keep your dog. It is very heartbreaking and your pet wants YOU and needs YOU during his or her last days because YOU are their entire world. I love dogs!! I've fostered many dogs and volunteered at many shelters. I've had seniors and even fostered one with spina bifida. My first two loves were English Bulldogs. I have lots of experience with them and know that smooshy face breeds are much more delicate than other breeds. I absolutly love them! I'm not good with extremely energtic dogs, but can handle anything else. I am semi-retired. I currently work part time on Friday and Sundays with an occasional third day, so I am home a lot. I have plenty of time to devote to your pooch. In my home, I care for your pet just as I care for mine. Of course, with your direction implemented also. I do have a pool, so I will need to know how your dog is around pools, or if they have zero experience with pools, I will need to know that as well.
