About: I am a veterinary technician with 14 years of experience living in Bolivar, OH . I'm looking to provide services through Rover to get out and explore the area while making some extra income so my furry family can keep living the high life- you know those chew toys aren't cheap ;) I would love to do dog walks so that I can get those daily steps in- a slimmer waistline is good for people AND pets! I also love the idea of "check ins" to help get those zoomies out while you're at work! I have 4pets of my own- 2 cats and two dogs, all rescues. You could say it's an occupational hazard! I can't wait to meet you! I especially love getting out for dog walks, it's the motivation I need to get my steps in every day! I work part time, and my schedule is flexible. I only care for pets in their own homes, because I like to keep your pets, and my pets, as close to their normal schedule as possible.

About: I’ve had two dogs since the age of 3 that are still my best friends. I took on the responsibility of taking care of them at 10. I also work in the pet care department of Petsmart so I know how to care for almost any animal! I do well with snakes, Guinea pigs, hamsters, you name it, I’ve probably cared for it. I worked at Petsmart for a 1.5 years. I did dog grooming and worked in the animal department. I was able to care for animals everyday. I learned how to care for many small animals, reptiles, fish, and birds since working there and have done my own research outside of the job. I currently own one cat who is the light of my life. My family recently adopted a Great Dane, Rottie mix who has become my best friend. I currently live in a renovated duplex, so i unfortunately don’t have a yard for big dogs, but I don’t mind traveling! I love to take dogs for a brisk walk, get their energy out before you come home! I am close to many walking paths and don’t mind traveling for animals. I will make sure any and all directions left behind are followed. Animals are watched closely when needed and fed on time.

About: Hello! My name is Macey. I am very excited to meet & care for your animals! I have been an animal lover ever since I was little. I volunteer at animal shelters in my free time and I have fostered multiple puppies before. I am very well trained with dogs and cats of all sizes. I do have a 3-year old yellow lab and 1 year old silver lab. They are both very friendly and socialized with other dogs. I have a nice fenced in yard for your dog to run and play in! I'm used to walking dogs that are strong and pull a lot so that would not be a problem at all. I'm very to excited to meet & care for your pets!

About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was old enough to drive. I grew up with a house full of animals and have rescued several animals. I work evenings (two days from home, two days on-site in Akron) and have flexible days to allow for daytime walks or drop-ins and overnight stays. About: I have had a special companion by my side since I was 5 years old. I cannot imagine living life without a dog by my side. I just left my job of 23 years at Aultman Hospital to pursue what makes me happy inside, and that is working with animals. I am currently enrolled in a holistic canine massage therapy course and am learning techniques to help dogs with injuries, arthritis and joint pain. I can now watch your pets for overnight stays at my home in Perry township. We have a doggie door with a small fenced-in area if your pet is used to this accomodation. If not, I will gladly chaperone your pet on a leash in our large back yard.

About: I’ve worked at a dog daycare and boarding for a year and a half and have an absolute love for dogs as if they were my own. Also worked at an animal hospital for a year and four months as a kennel technician!!! I just moved from Sacramento, and now I am trying to find a job. About: I’ve had pets my entire life, so I’m no stranger to the amazing world of owning pets. I have experienced everything from training pups to senior care & all the good times in between! Additionally, I have been pet sitting all kinds of animals since I was 13 years old (roughly 9 years of experience)! Additionally, I do a series called “tails on trails” when I hike & take pictures of dogs I see on the trail :) I just graduated from KSU with my degree in environmental studies, looking to spend some time with pups while making some extra cash! I just graduated from KSU and I am in between jobs, finding any chance to make money I can. This gives me more than enough time to play, walk, and care for your furry friend! Currently, I am available to work all day! When pet-sitting I follow what the owner wants for their pet, I always keep the animal close & in sight. I try to get the animal involved in some type of enrichment activity (i.e. walks, brushing, teaching tricks, leash training, or playing with toys) to get their brain & body moving for the day!

About: I grew up taking care of all types of animals! I’m knowledgeable in animal behavior and I am constantly learning more. I have been pet sitting for friends and family for around 12 years (big and little dogs, high anxiety, nervous dogs, dogs with medical needs, dietary needs). About: Being a pet owner and pup-sitter has been such a special part of my life for as long as I can remember. Providing safe and attentive care to the individual needs of an animal is such an important part in building trust and a good relationship.
