About: I’ve had at least one dog in the house as long as I can remember. I’ve helped care for special needs dogs and laid back dogs by walking, bathing, and administering medications. As a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to find a perfect sitter for your furry family, so reach out if you think i’d be a good fit for you! As a college student at ku I am in several classes. Mondays and Wednesday’s are my busy days but i’m usually done by 5. Tuesdays, Thursday’s, Fridays, and weekends are mostly free! I will not be able to care for any pets in my home as I am currently staying in a dorm on the college campus.

Also offering bathing for those that would like to do so for 15 a dog due to shampoo costs I follow the pet owners instructions, I feed and water the pets, give meds as needed, take dogs on walks, or can take dogs to appointments

About: Animals have always had an extremely special place in my heart. Ever since I was a kid I’ve helped care for my family’s own pets: feeding them, caring for their health, giving baths, taking them outside and on walks, and pretty much anything else having a pet entails. I also am in the process of beginning volunteering with the cats and dogs at Lawrence Humane Society! I am a full-time student, but I am available whenever I am not busy with classes. I also have a few volunteering shifts throughout each week that I need to work around, and a job (that I will be done with next month). I provide them with food and water, clean up their litter, play with them, take the dogs on walks, and show all the animals lots of love! I am also flexible and open to doing whatever I am able to.

About: Hi I'm Katie I'm 28 years old and have had my dog Roxy, a husky rott-chow for 8 years now. I absolutely love animals and will take care of them as if they were my own. I go to school and when I'm not working we love going on walks, exploring new places, playing, and learning new tricks and being outside as much as possible. I have experience with dogs of all types and have cared for my dog after her acl surgery so am fairly comfortable with after surgery check ins if needed. I have also had plenty of experience with cats and had volunteered at helping hands throughout high school. Would love to look after your pup for you and would be happy to send you pictures so you can check in on your babies, Im also available on fairly short notice, look forward to meeting you and your pup! I can check on your pets in the morning or late afternoon/evening and can do multiple visits per day if needed. I'm also available on short notice. We'll set up a meeting before my first visit to discuss any tasks you'd like done and also to make sure I am a good fit for your pup or kitten.

About: I’ve always had a dog in my home since I was born and have always been a big animal lover! I’ve always had a dog bestfriend in my life and I love making new fur baby friends. I’m a mostly stay at home mom looking to bring in some more income, so hoping to make pet care a part of my routine pretty often! I wish I had the space to bring your fur baby into my own home but sadly I don’t. But, I will treat your fur baby and your home with the love and care as if they were my own!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was around 10 years old. My family, friends and neighbors have all asked me to dog sit before as well as just take their dogs on runs or walks. I’m currently working part time from 11AM-5PM. I will be able to check in on any pets I am taking care of throughout the morning and evening. My weekends are completely open for house sitting with your pet as well as being able to be with them all weekend. I have a house with a fenced yard, and a fury little dog to keep your pet company. My dog is super friendly and young, full of energy. In the past I’ve also been able to stay at clients houses with the pets and take them to daycares, give them medications, and be with them most of the day to day basis. My girlfriend also helps me out

About: I grew up on a farm and I have experience dealing with all kinds of animals, and it's a passion of mine to love and take care of animals. For extra money in high school, I would dog sit for family friends while they were on vacation, and I still dog/cat sit for my friends and family occasionally. Recently, both of my childhood dogs passed away. I can't have dogs in my apartment and I feel a longing to bond and spend time with dogs. This job is a wonderful way to utilize my animal experience and also fulfill my need to interact with dogs. I currently work as a real estate agent, so my schedule is very flexible. If you would like your dog walked or cared for routinely throughout the week, let me know and I will be happy to fit you into my schedule! I do not offer dog boarding for clients since I am not allowed dogs/cats in my apartment. I do however love to dog sit or just come by during the day to take them on a walk. I understand animals are a part of the family and it takes a lot of trust to allow someone else to take care of them. I always send you pictures of your pet when I’m caring for them. About: I've been fond of dogs since I was a child and they have returned the same fondness. Dogs and I have always had a special energy and connection. I guess they can tell I love them, appreciate them and truly believe they are "Mans Best Friend." I enjoy dogs of all sizes and my family has always called me their version of the "Dog Whisperer". When not looking after others fur balls I enjoy three of my own. Cayenne is a black Schnauzer and Kashmir and Jag are Mi-Ki's and were brother and sister from the same litter. About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was little. I’ve had 2 dogs and 6 cats over the years. I’ve taken care of large dogs and little puppies and cats of all ages and wellness. I’m a college student home for the summer. I spend most of my summers resting from my hectic academic schedule, so I have open and flexible availability. I live outside of Lawrence, but drive in everyday for errands. I’m used to caring for animals in kennels and un-kenneled. I’ve had multiple sick pets and can administer medications. I have experience with larger dogs and am able to take them on controlled walks if needed.
