“I would highly recommend Dawn to take care of your fur baby; she cared for my rambunctious Goldendoodle as if he were her own. She is conveniently located in a quaint neighborhood that has limited traffic and no unleashed dogs; so, in addition to getting exercise in Dawn’s fenced in backyard, my puppy got exercise when Dawn walked around the neighborhood. After playing with toys supplied by Dawn, my dog cozied up to her dog for a nap. I was so hesitant to leave my precious baby with a complete stranger (he’s my first ever dog and I love him so much), but after meeting Dawn, I felt completely at ease entrusting her to take the greatest care of him. About: I've had pets my entire life. For over 40 years, I've raised puppies and kitties into well-behaved, loved members of my family. I have some experience giving medicine and training. I work from home 4 days of the work week and even on the day that I’m away, pets are never left alone for more than 5-6 hours a day, which is rare at that. I walk our dog daily and there is plenty of time to go out and play in a fenced yard multiples times during the day. As mentioned above, we lets our dogs get plenty of fresh air and exercise and they are rarely alone for long stretches at a time. If I'm taking care of a pet in their own home, those pets can get walks and regular visits based on their needs.

Kindly read my entire profile before requesting a booking to ensure I will be a great fit for you and your pets :) My gentle approach to animal care helps anxious animals feel safe and comfortable while their parents are away. Please note, for house sitting in your home and boarding at my place, I work daytime hours, and will be out of the house for 6-7 hours at a time. Please make sure this works for you and your pup(s) before requesting my services. I would love to speak further with you over the phone to learn more about your pets and their daily routine :) I offer boarding at my home, which is a comfortable and spacious duplex in Saint Albans City that is set up for doggie comfort, with couches for snoozing, windows to look out, a big backyard, and a home-like experience. I offer adventure walks on Mondays! This is a 1-2 hour hike that can be booked on its own, or added on to boarding, if your pup loves to get out on the trails. I am more than happy to accommodate with longer or off-leash walks, extra cuddle time, allowing your pup to share my bed, or helping them to feel comfortable in whatever ways your pet needs.

About: I love animals and always want to be around them. I live alone at home and have 1 dog who gets along with other dogs. I grew up with 2 dogs and am very familiar with taking care of them. I also grew up with cats and love cats. I have been taking care of my friends’ dogs - one was a 17 year old dog with medications. So i am familiar with giving animals medicines. I can have pets stay over my place or I can stay over their places. Basically, I love all animals and will make sure they have fun and stay comfortable! I work part-time and am home most of time during the weekday. I work Mondays and some Wednesdays from 3:30-6pm and Tuesdays from 11:30am-4pm and am free on Fridays. One side of my home has fence. I live near beach and bike trail and Ethan Allen park. Plenty of places to take dogs out for walk.

About: I have walked dogs that are scared of bikers, others dogs and people and I know places to walk them that they will feel safe and get the exercise they deserve. I'm currently working part time, some days I work night shifts which start around 4, the days I work during the day I mark unavailable. But my easy schedule allows me more time to help give your pet some needed attention. I have a large apparetment on the ground level. I have a private screenedin porch with a fenched backyardso your pet has a lot of room to safely play.

About: I am an experienced profession dog walker and handler with and an unconditional love for all animals. I worked for a year at a dog kennel and doggy day care in New Jersey where I quickly was promoted to supervisor. I have experience with all types dogs and familiar with their many different temperaments. I’ve been trained how to walk all types of reactive dogs and know how to break up a dog fight if ever necessary. I am also knowledgeable and comfortable with exotic pets and love them all equally with a gentle and safety forward approach. I am working full time as a dog walker and pet care professional.
