Top rated Red House house sitters

“Colleen did an amazing job with my whole crew of pets. I had to book last minute as my dog sitter quit mid job and wasn't taking care of them properly. She was attentive to detail, played with them, and was very respectful and pleasant to communicate. I will 100% be booking with her again in the future!”

“Arianna house-sat for me, my dog, and my cat while I was out of town for work. The animals seemed to love her, including my rather aloof cat (which says a lot). She communicated regularly and sent lots of pictures of my boys. 100% would rebook any time!”

About: I treat each pet like my own—with patience, love, and a strong focus on their individual needs and routines. I'm reliable, communicative, and always make sure pet parents feel at ease while they're away. Whether it’s sticking to a specific feeding schedule, giving extra cuddles, or keeping you updated with photos and messages, I ensure your dog feels safe, happy, and at home. Dog sitting fits into my weekly schedule in a way that allows me to give each pet the attention and care they deserve. I work full-time during the day, so I typically take on dog sitting jobs that align well with my availability—mornings before work, evenings, and weekends. During those times, I focus fully on making sure your dog gets plenty of exercise, affection, and consistency. If your pup is comfortable with some alone time during the workday, I’m a great fit for overnight care or weekend stays. I provide a secure environment, closely supervising their activities, and following any specific care instructions from the owner. I ensure they have proper food, water, and exercise, avoid hazards like toxic plants or open gates, chocking hazards and stay alert to signs of illness or stress. Regular check-ins and maintaining up-to-date contact information also help in case of emergencies.

“Scotti was incredible with our dogs. We booked her for a overnight stay and she kept our two big dogs calm and happy, we came home and they were so well behaved and happy. We will be booking with Scotti any chance I can!”

“Skye did great with Fennick and Nova! She house sat for me for a night while I had to go out of town. My dogs love her, and she took very good care of them. She did a great with my two very hyper pups, and I plan in using her services again. I would definitely recommend her!”

“Alec was amazing! He was great at communicating and sending pictures of our two dogs. He made sure they were fed, taken out routinely and loved on. He also left our house cleaner than we left it! I would highly recommend Alec to anyone looking for a pet sitter.”

“Olivia was prompt, immediately bonded with my pups (2 5 month old English bulldogs) and took exceptional care of them. She sent some pictures of them and i could see how much they enjoyed being with her. I very strongly recommend Olivia’s services!”

About: I have always enjoyed caring for animals from a young age. Throughout my life I’ve had 5 cats ( and many that were short term living in my home) at home and 2 dogs. I’m currently in school online, but am free to provide care at anytime during the week. Can do last minute visits for pets I’ve cared for before. I can do a variety of tasks for you! I will always ensure that your pet is getting enough exercise through play and walks. I can wash your animal (cats too, I know they can get into stuff they shouldn’t sometimes). I will make sure your pet is getting it’s fair share of treats and meals on time. If you are working on training your pet, I can follow your lead on how to ensure good behaviors are continued.

“Noah did a great job with my dog! She has a very strict routine and generally gets very anxious if it isn't followed. Noah followed her routine exactly and kept me updated with lots of pictures along the way. When I got back she was so relaxed and happy!”

“This is the first time i have left Daisy with someone that was not family. Morgan left me with zero worries! She sent several videos and texted me updates. I would not hesitate to use her again. I have a large Mastiff and she called her a cuddle bug ??.”

I am currently available most days to check in on your furry loved ones. Feel free to reach out for all your visits and walking needs! I have two friendly dogs that would love to keep your fur babies company. I have my own leashes and harnesses for walks, but would gladly use anything you provide.

“She was wonderful. She showed up multiple times a day to play, feed, and let my animals out to potty. She called when there were concerns about my girl getting into medication she shouldn't have and sent pictures to help ease my mind from missing my animals. This was the longest I've been away from my animals in years and she did great with them, even when my girl got destructive from separation anxiety. We will definitely be using her again.”

About: I’ve been pet sitting for about 5 years now, maybe even more. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, goats, pigs, ducks, fish, and birds. Recently, I was able to get a job working at home, so now I am able to take care of more pets. I’m currently working from home now, so I am able to travel to pet sit or have more pets in my home. I do work 6pm-2am also. I take care of animals just like I would my own, make sure they are fed, comfortable, and get to go out to exercise. I will also say that I care for the pets depending on the owners preference.

About: I’ve only been dog/house sitting here recently, but I enjoy it! I promise to care for your animal(s) as if they are my own pups! I currently don’t have a summer job/school. I live alone Mon-Fri which are the best days for me to pet sit at the moment. Thanks! I have a fenced in back yard. I have 2 dogs, both very friendly! They are crate trained for bedtime and potty trained for outside!

About: I have more than a decade experience caring for pets from puppy to senior. I'm comfortable administering medication and can make accomodations for maximum comfort. My home sits on the Coal River and provides a serene setting for your pup's stay. I'm currently working part-time which allows me the availability to play with your pup and take for walks. Booking three days in advance is preferred. When I'm away, the dogs have plenty of toys for play and soft places to nap while doggy TV is on. I have a good sized fenced yard and pet friendly sunroom and family room and two friendly dogs that can play with your pup! We have a gravity water bowl and can follow any special feeding instructions. There are two cats in the home. There is a self-service dog wash in town we can use if ever needed in a muddy situation and you feel comfortable with me transporting your dog in my car.

About: I Believe I am different than other sitters because I am passionate and I am full of energy. Money is nice but I believe finding something you love is most important. I work full time Monday-Friday 8-5pm. Available for services on weekends and some weekdays. Willing to stay overnight and do drop ins! I’m also able to walk after work Tuesdays and Thursdays. I will be mostly working in your environment so I will follow directions closely and carefully making sure your fur babies are safe and happy!

“Emma was responsible, dependable, and very kind! We held a meet and greet prior so we could make sure she was a good fit. She sent lots of pictures which I greatly appreciated. I will be in contact with her in the future and would recommend her!”

About: I have had dogs ever since I was little. Many times throughout my life I have taken care of my pets when my parents go out of town either on business of vacation and I love spending this one on one time with them. I currently have a labradoodle named Butler and his pup Wheezie. They are so energetic and love to play with one another. They love to sleep in the bed and enjoy snuggling as well. I am currently working in real estate full-time but most of my business is done from home. This also allows my schedule to be flexible for your benefit! There may be times where I will be gone if I have showings scheduled which will be done during the day, but these showings will depend on what is most convenient for my real estate clients. There is access to a large fenced-in area for all pets to roam and play. There can also be trips to the local dog park in Hurricane WV.
