About: I grew up with cats and a few dogs and miss them all everyday. I’m a very responsible previous pet owner and due to not being able to have one due to current work schedule why not find a way to hang out with some. I’ve used Rover in the past and love it. Pick me!! I’m a travel nurse working 4 shifts a week but with the lower census my days are getting cut and I’m looking to make a few extra $. I love pets and figured this would be a great way to hang out with some and kill the boredom. I’m a responsible previous pet owner. I’m a nurse certified in BLS, NIH and ACLS. I know pets are different but I’m very skilled in keeping a close eye on folks and showing love and being there for them. ( and I really want to hang out with cute animals again)

About: I grew up taking care of my family dogs, from puppies and throughout their lifespan. Large and small dog experience! Plus cats! Friends have relied on me to watch their pets and check in on them while they are away. I currently am a full time student completing clinical coursework, so my schedule can vary each month. Generally, I am available all weekends and some weeknights too, if needed. I currently live in an apartment with my cat and my friends dog who is staying long term! Making sure they’re safe is my top priority. I would ultimately make sure your furry friends are well cared for and safe while looking after them.

“Rebecca has been amazing when walking my dog. She has adhered to all given instructions and more! She has proven to be capable and caring for my dog. I highly recommend her services!”

About: I have grown up with dogs for as long as I can remember. My mom was a poodle breeder and I would help her take care of puppies and play with them. If they ever got sick I was able to help with shots and keeping them clean. I also have house sat with my grandmas pets, two have diabetes so I also know how to give shots if needed. I also have experience feeding animals specific foods and amounts. I love animals and get along with them greatly. I also care deeply about making sure your animals feel comfortable and happy. I enjoy walking my three dogs so I figured I could walk other peoples dogs and make some extra money while enjoying spending time with them.

About: Hi, I've had dogs my entire life. They have always been part of my family. I am a volunteer at a no kill non profit animal shelter. I also sit on the board of directors as Treasure for a non profit foundation for a Tulare animal shelter. I go at least once a week and have been doing so for almost 2 years. I love taking out the bigger dogs to give them the exercise and socialization they desperately need. I'm very active in the pet community in Tulare. I work full time. I work a few days from home during the week so I'm free during those days and weekends are free. I'm able to go several times during the day and evenings. I am respectful of everyone's homes and will make sure their fur babies are comfortable when their family cannot be home. I will try not to disrupt their schedule.

“Madison was a joy to work with! She was responsive to all our communications and adjusted the walking schedule according to our local weather. About: Hi! My name is Nancy and I joined Rover because I know there are many fur parents out there that hate to leave their pets at home for work or vacation. I’d love to make you feel at ease while away and meet your pet and check in on them to make sure they are safe and ok while at work or on vacation! I’ve been around animals my whole life! From small dogs to large dogs. If there wasn’t one showing up at my home I was rescuing one after being abandoned in a field. I’ve watched over friends, family, neighbors and co workers pets! I’ve worked with newborn litters, sick dogs and injured dogs:). I’ve had a newborn clefty that I tube fed since birth until he transitioned to solid food then eventually had his repair surgery. Another dog that became paralyzed for a couple weeks but with some extra love and therapy he’s back to his normal self! There’s more but I truly love to help animals and they have a huge place in my heart! I’d love to check in on your pet(s) for you! Take them out for a potty breaks, take them for walks or maybe just take them on a little drive and spend some time with them:) this can all be done at the comfort of your home to keep your dog happy! I currently work full-time and for me that’s 3 12-hr shifts. They can be 3 consecutive days or spread out. I’m available on my days off! I have a fenced backyard. Double security so it’s not easy for any dog to get out. I do not let my dogs outside alone even in the fenced backyard. I like to make sure my dogs are always safe. I have 5 small dogs that are friendly with introductions but am able to keep your pet completely separate if requested! When walking my dogs I am always conscious of my surroundings for the safety of my pet and I.

“Met Ken for a combination meet & greet (for dog boarding) and dog walking for our 65-lb husky mix boy, Cucumber. Ken brought his English bulldog, Jabba, along and both dogs walked and played great together. I appreciate that Ken doesn't discriminate against certain breeds and wasn't freaked out by the vocal play style of the dogs.”

Kourtney B.
“I know Kourtney very well. In fact, prior to signing up for Rover, she has looked after my Pomeranian, Rio, for weeks at a time while I work all over the country. He sees her as a primary caregiver at this point! She always makes sure he is fed, watered and most importantly, comfortable! Kourtney owns a cat whom she grooms, personally. That is no easy feat if you know anything about a typical cat. She grew up with German Shepherds and Corgis, and loves animals as the family they are. I am always confident and never concerned about the well-being of any creature in her care. She goes out of her way for my pup, and I can guarantee she will do everything in her power to administer proper care for your furry best friends and family, as well.”

“Chloe is a great dog sitter. She stayed with my four dogs and cat for one week while I was on vacation. She was very detail oriented when it came to feeding and giving my diabetic animals shots. She also walked them on a route we gave her and she was happy to walk them as much as we asked. The dogs bonded well with her as well!”

Stevie S.
“Stevie is the absolute BEST! Stevie has stayed with our 3 dogs plus 3 family dogs all together for a few long weekends! The 6 dogs ranged in weight from 10lbs to 75lbs and in age from 4 years to 15 years. The dogs all have different diets, different walking schedules, some need medication, separation anxiety, and 1 has a bad hip. Stevie handled everything like a champ including my 10 texts a day LOL. Stevie has always been very respectful while staying in our home! I HIGHLY recommend Stevie!!”

Christina P.

“Christina does such an excellent and thorough job! Her report cards after the walks really put my mind at ease knowing that Cooper was well cared for. Thank you!”

Nancy C.
“Hello, Nancy has been my doggy sitter since Rocky and Pepper, my chihuahua poodles, were tiny. I was always hesitant on who I should leave them in charge with. They are very timid dogs who normally do not like to interact with strangers. I was given Nancy’s information from a friend who highly recommended her. Nancy came around a few times to see how Rocky and Pepper would react to her presence and let me tell you they immediately loved her! They get super happy when she is around. When doggy sitting Nancy responds quickly when asked for updates or when one wants to check in on them. At times Nancy has been left with specific instructions like feeding times, restroom times, etc… and she always makes sure all the duties are fulfilled to every detail. As you can imagine I highly recommended Nancy because of her trustworthiness and sincere care for our doggies. Rocky, pepper, and I appreciate her very much!”

Brandon M.

“Alyssa was very under standing of my dogs needs. She also educated on the does and don'ts. My dogs loved her. Will ask her to come back. Highly recommended .”

Andrea M.
“I highly recommend Andrea Julieth Martinez Lopez as a dog sitter. Although she may not have formal experience, her dedication and love for animals are truly remarkable. Andrea is incredibly attentive, responsible, reliable, and always goes the extra mile to ensure that dogs and cats are happy, safe, and well-cared for. She has taken care of my own cat with great care and responsibility, always following specific instructions and making sure my cat feel comfortable and loved. I trust her completely and know they will provide exceptional care for any pet in her charge.”

Jennifer is great! She is very reliable and communicates well. She takes extra care and time to make sure my fur buddy, Jake, gets the exercise and attention he needed while I was away for 3 weeks. I’m very happy and appreciative for Jennifer’s care and support. I will ask her again to take care of my dogs in the future. 👍🏼😄
