“I loved that Heather came to meet Farah and I. I could tell right away she was caring and very patient. Our cat sitter couldn't come to check in on Farah while we were on vacation due to unexpected health decline. Heather was willing to with very little notice. We were gone for 13 days and had Heather do a drop in for 11 days. Farah requires eye cleaning just about every day and is super picky about how clean her litter box is. She also hates getting her eyes cleaned and Heather did such a great job with her eye care. She made sure she had clean water each day too. Heather did the best job!! I Work part time 1-2 times a week 4 hours only I’m currently looking to dog sit full time im available pretty much all the time.im used to short notice and long term stays with them. I currently don’t have a dog at my house. But at my parents house they have a pool,AC and a fenced yard with astro turf.

About: Hi! I’m Alicia. I’m a second grade teacher and lifelong Fort Wayne resident. I’ve had pets my entire life, but currently have none of my own, so I’m looking forward to babying yours this summer! I know how stressful it can be to leave your pets behind, so I’m grateful for the opportunity to offer them a quiet, kid-free, pet-free, low-stress environment to settle into while you’re away. I’m extremely reliable, caring, and patient. Whether your pet needs medication, a consistent routine, or extra time to warm up to someone, I’m happy to adjust to whatever works best for them (and for you). Whether I’m with them for a drop-in or overnight stay, I’ll make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for. Plus, I love to take pictures and document our adventures, so you can expect regular updates and plenty of photos while you’re away. Feel free to reach out to set up a time to chat or schedule a meet and greet! As a teacher, my summers are especially flexible for drop-ins, daycare, and overnight stays. When school starts (August-May), I’m limited to before and after school drop-ins, but always open to schedule overnight stays at your house or mine especially on weekends or holidays! At my house, your pets will be the only pets in the home, so they’ll get all of the attention they deserve! My house is pet-proofed and I’m very committed to ensuring your pets are safe, loved, and well cared for.

About: I’ve had the joy of volunteering with the Humane Society in my hometown of Dayton, Ohio for many years, as well as pet-sitting for many neighbors and friends! I’m new to Fort Wayne and looking forward to meeting the pets of my new community! I work a flexible schedule as a music therapist. Depending on the day of the week, I work from home part time, leaving lots of time to spend with your pets! I have a large, first-floor, single entrance/exit walkout apartment with direct access to large open green spaces, and live nearby several dog parks. Getting outside with your pets is a priority of mine!
