About: I have taken care of dogs since middle school. I love dogs and have two on my own - a Dalmatian and a Basset Hound. My family is very active and we walk the doggies daily! My job is very flexible and I have a lot of extra time during the day to spend time with the doggies! I have had dogs all my life! I love dogs and I spend a lot of time outdoors with the doggies! About: I have been taking care of animals ever since I was about 9 years old! I had a hamster growing up and we had two family dogs growing up. I have experience taking care of other people's animals as well as taking care of family pets such as my sister's dog (beagle mix) and my parent's dogs (two Chesapeake bay retrievers and a rescue hound). Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
