About: I have been around animals my entire life thanks to a farmhouse upbringing. I was in a dog obedience focused 4H club from the age of 8 to 18. I also have extensive experience with exotic pets and use those skills in dog and cat care (enrichment based activities, focusing on animal body language and fulfilling their instinctual needs.) I have plenty of time on my hands to spend caring for your animals. I am available anytime Tuesday through Friday, and monday after 5 PM. I will play with your animals for as long as their energy demands, or am happy to hang out and provide human comfort for the lonely types.
About: I have had dogs my entire life. My dogs have been and always will be members of the family. We currently do not have a dog as our 14 year old lab passed away from a stroke last year. We do allow dogs on furniture and we do take excursions to the park in good weather. This can be your dogs home away from home. I am retired and am home unless I am traveling. We have a fenced in property with woods and a creek that your dog can enjoy on walks unless you prefer they just stay in the main yard. When your dog is here so am I to ensure your dog is well cared for. I have a single family home with a fenced yard. Pets are allowed on furniture and bed. I enjoy excursions to the park with my dog for walks and relaxing. Children are grown and gone so it's just a couple who enjoy dogs. We have a senior Labrador who is very friendly, has all vaccinations and has free roam of the house. I am also available to sit for your dog in your home if you prefer. I follow any instructions for your dog you want me to, including administering medications.
About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 25 years. My two fur babies are Zeus, a German Shepherd and Ash and Aussie. Both were trained by our family. Between my pets and taking care of family, friends and co-workers pets I have experience taking care of dogs, cats, aquariums, bunnies, hamsters, bearded dragons, and chickens. I currently have a flexible part time job so I am able to work around most schedules. I am able to spend time with your pet morning, afternoon and evening. About: I've taken care of 3 golden retrievers, for decades. I have a dog ramp, dog treats, leashes, toys, and like our furry friends to have a very comfortable and fun time. I've taught dogs to hold food on their nose, roll over, play hide and seek. It's been fun. My schedule is quite flexible. Willing to consider anything. I am a musician and as such have open day hours most of the time. Walking dogs, checking on them, letting them out, taking them to the vet, playing with them, it's all good. I have a basement which is uncarpetted and warm, a very big yard with very minimal traffic , a local park, and 2-4 housemates who all like and own dogs.
About: I've worked professionally in the pet industry since the age of 17 (currently 27) and have had personal pets all my life as well as volunteered prior to working. I was a professional groomer in California before moving to Ohio and becoming a stay at home mom. I worked at Fort Defiance Humane Society as a Kennel Tech for a few months before deciding to part ways. I'm currently a stay at home mom, my son is 4 and absolutely adores dogs. He would have to accompany my to any walking or drop ins. We are both very aware of saftey and how to handle dogs. I believe in providing proper mental and physical enrichment for the animals in the home. In my home my cats are brushed daily, and we give them plenty of play time.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
