About: I've had many years of experience between keeping my own animals as well as house sitting or just dropping in to check on your pets! I also offer the same service for reptiles! Preferably would like to service closer to Wytheville but will travel in some cases, extra fees will apply depending on distance! I currently have a full time job but I am looking to quit so I can focus on doing nails and going to school part time for that but I need a side hustle! I live in a school bus so I don't really have tons of room to take care of pets there but I am more than willing to come to their homes, I'd prefer that the pet is comfortable as possible and I cannot stay overnight in a home but I can stay as long as needed to make sure the care requirements are met

“Taylor was awesome! she came over last minute because I unexpectedly had to stay late at work. She followed instructions and communicated very well. It meant a lot that she was able to let them out in such short notice:) would definitely book again”

“Gracie did, an outstanding job caring for Scout and providing me with information on her visit. Scout was a very happy girl when I got home and it appeared she was looking for Gracie to come in, also. I would not hesitate to have Gracie sit for Scout again.”

About: I have taken care of several types of animals including rabbits, dogs, cats, fish, and hamsters. I have personally had a rabbit named Buttercup who lived until she was 13 years old and currently have two dogs and two cats. I have taken care of others animals over the past decade and some change including walking dogs, popping in throughout the day to provide attention and meals, and boarded at my own home. I am currently an occupational therapy student at Emory and Henry and am in my last semester. I am free Thursday-Sunday as I work virtually for my capstone project. When I am coming into your home to care for your beloved pet I ensure I am being respectful of your area and keeping it tidy. At my own home I have a big yard with plenty of space for animal to run around and have fun. I have two dogs of my own as well as two cats, all of which are friendly with other animals.

About: I have taken care of pets since I was a kid, big dogs, small, large dogs , puppies and cats and kittens. It was my responsibility to feed, walk, play and take the dogs out whenever they need to go. All I have ever wanted is to take care of animals since I was a kid and it breaks my heart not working with pets. I had a wear house job for 5 years and I feel like I have wasted time and I’m already 32 and would love nothing more than to start taking care of pets. They make me really happy and always in a great mood, I love to play with all kinds of dogs and cats which would really be a dream come true once again. I have bathed them as well and really really great at making the pets happy as well. Right now, I wake up at 4:00 am every day for work and get off at 3 and get home by 4:00 pm. I would love to make this a full time job , it's literally all I have ever wanted to do is help and work with animals, it's always been my passion and I seem to have a very strong connection with animals. I would love nothing more than to quit my industrial cleaning job and work with animals "full time" I have a cat which doesn’t like any other animals but dogs , Zoey is like the QUEEN of my house and I can't spoil her enough. I have a lion lope bunny as well and my cat actually ignores the bunny I call Chloe. I absolutely adore and pamper my animals every chance I get.I can watch your pet and I’m available to stay overnight and watch your pets if you go out of town, or work, I really love pets and would love to go back to taking care of them , I am extremely great taking care of animals and always get along with them as well, over 10 years ago I was pet sitting a dog and cat and loved it more than anything...... I had to move which I have been in Bristol for 8 years and the few times I did pet sit it was the best experience and I wish I can just help people take care of their pets for the rest of my life.....

About: DISREGARD REVIEW FROM ROBIN! It contains lies which meet the standard for libel. Nothing in her review is true. I did come the night before at her request, but every other remark is untrue. I have two dozen 5-star reviews from this site and others. Where to start? Three dogs with 11 legs, 50+ cats, 2 alpacas, 7 parrots, farm critters— Out of space! What else? And…um…Ack! Estates, hovels, and— Being retired from the rat race, I now sit full-time. That means I’m there 24/7 to give your Fur/Feather/Scale Babies and home love and care The safety of your pets/home are of utmost importance, so a schedule and information list are essential. I prefer arriving early to go over everything. Being retired, sitting pets and homes is my only focus. Actually, available within a four-hundred mile radius, all the way to the coast, the big city, and everywhere in between! I make certain your home and your pets are in the same pristine condition as when I arrived. The pets (who have lips) will be smiling. Of course, they will be even more exciting to see you again. The house would be smiling, if not for that whole lips thing.

About: I have taken care of and owned pets of many kinds since I was a young boy: cats, dogs, and even exotic animals, bearded dragons or the like!!! I am well versed in different pet needs, no matter their temperament, special needs (young and elderly), medication, or messy. I work completely remote as a GIS Analyst, so I’m readily available for your pet needs. Whether you’re going out of town for a week or just need an evening away, my flexibility insures your pet(s) will be my number one priority. I am convinced that I own the friendliest kitties you'll ever meet! They get along with other pets as well. Please let me know what your needs are so I can do my best to make sure everyone is happy. If your pet needs extra safety measures or crating, I can do that.

About: I have been fostering & training animals for rescues and shelters since 2009. I enjoy fostering because it helps more animals in the long run, I am great with animals that are unruly & have vet technician experience, so you can be sure your animal is in great hands when at my home or in my care, I love cats, dogs & caged animals & will go above and beyond for them. I can do things that most animal caretakers aren’t comfortable with, such as administer medications, light training, cleaning, bathing, grooming, even go pet shopping if needed! I will treat your babies as my own 😊 I have a huge yard & I live a few miles from a park with a walking trail. I own my business and work from home on my own schedule so I can work around my animal care schedule if needed. I have a 6 month old but can and will refrain from contact if needed. I have pets of my own as well as fosters at any given time, however my house is split level and plenty big enough to separate my animals from visiting one's to ensure safety.

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kara and the care she provides for pets. From the moment she started walking and caring for my dog, it was clear how deeply she cares about animals. She is not only incredibly responsible and reliable, but she also brings genuine warmth and attentiveness to every visit. Kara goes above and beyond to ensure my dog is happy, safe, and well-exercised. She pays close attention to her needs and always treats her like her own pet. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, compassionate, and professional to care for your pet, I wholeheartedly recommend Kara. Amber O.
“I know her inside and out more than anyone. I will tell you, she is the most amazing, hard working, animal loving human being I've literally ever known. She loves animals so much, its only thing she's wanted to do her whole life. I mean this with all my heart, I've never known a more sweet, tinder hearted lady in my whole life. She cries if she even sees a dead animal on the side of the road, I've seen it with my own eyes. I will promise you this, with God as my witness, there's nobody ELSE you would want to take care of your animal than her. She at her very core is the sweetest human being that just wants to work with animals. Anyone who got her to do anything with their animals would be the luckiest person in the world. She is an absolutely angel and I say that with every fiber of my being.”

Lisa D.
“Lisa has stayed with our babies several times and we have always been impressed with her. She had an immediate connection with our two shih tzus. They love her and get excited every time she arrives. After she leaves they look for her. Lisa is honest, loyal, funny. It didn’t take long for all of us to become friends. She even helps with my pet sitting business when I’m out of town. She is responsible and we trust her with our two most precious possessions.... and our home.”

Kevin V.
“Kevin is quite the love bug, and even brought that out of my feisty little Sarah (cat) who can be quite the sassy girl. He was very attentive and followed her care instructions very well, which can be kind of hard to find! He made sure to cleanup and my home looked even better than the condition it was left in. I would recommend him for any of your pet needs!”
