“Aileen was so good with my dogs. She sent lots of update photos and kept in touch. My dogs are on the shy side but they warmed up to her very fast. She is so sweet and my dogs loved her will definitely be booking whenever they need a sitter!”

“Tony was excellent. We were out of town for 11 days, he sent us updates and photos. He is an amazing communicator. Our flight canceled coming home and I had my sister go pick up the dogs, she said that the dogs were so calm and happy. He also left my house spotless. I couldn't be more happy with Tony's services. We will be going out of town a few more times this year, Tony will be our FIRST choice, nd hopefully only choice. We couldn't be more happy with the respect and love he gave to our home and our dogs. Thanks Again Tony.”

“Lynette is everything you look for in a petsitter. During the initial visit, she's very transparent about her schedule which removes any uncertainty about when she won't be with the dogs. She is very kind and let the dogs stay on the bed with her. She's very responsive with her texts and we found our house exactly the same way we left it. We are also very happy that she was willing to water our plants for us. Above all, she is reliable and trustworthy. We would use her again.”

“Cambria took awesome care of our two cats while we were away! She’s professional and responsive, and we appreciated the updates and photos. Our cats look forward to seeing her again!”

“Andy was great with our two dogs, who were immediately comfortable with him. Andy provided some great pics while we were away. He was very communicative and had no issues with our dogs special needs ( meds, feeding schedule, etc). Thank you for the great care you provided.”

Rancho West pet parents share their Rover experiences
Jizelle did an amazing job watching my 3 dogs on New Year’s Eve. I have a senior dog with dementia that needs medication and she did a wonderful job administering the medication and watching over him throughout the night. She arrived early and was great at communicating with me throughout the night and sending me photos. Would definitely have Jizelle watch my dogs again!

We had an unfortunate last minute cancellation with our last sitter and had to find someone less than a week before our 2 week trip abroad and makes a Responded quickly and was able to house sit for the two weeks and take care of our 3 cats. Gisselle was fantastic! She loved our babies (1 dog and two cats) while we were on a weeklong trip. She sent lots of photos and videos, and it was very obvious that they were well loved while we were gone. She’s a great communicator and even helped keep the house clean while we were gone, which is a hard thing to do. 😅 She even watered plants and took out the trash. We felt very safe and comfortable knowing she was caring for our babies and home. This was our first time using Rover and Gisselle came ahead of time to meet our dog and make sure they were a good fit. She helped us feel comfortable with the whole process. Our pup is anxious and particular and Gisselle was patient and they were besties after a short time. She also earned the trust of our shy cats over the week too. I’d highly recommend her for house and animal sitting as well as grooming and dog-walking :). While we did not use her grooming services, her level of care and love for animals makes me feel confident that she’d do an amazing job with that too.
