About: Hello, my name is Alex! Animals have always been an interest of mine (fun fact: my favorite animal is the grizzly bear) and I love caring for them! I've been taking care of my family dogs for the last 5 years and recently adopted my kitty a little over a year ago. Outside of that, I volunteer at my local shelter and have been hired to walk dogs by neighbors as well as dog/ house sit from time to time. I may be new to Rover but I am not new to being dependable and responsible! I am currently a Junior in college and do not work a job during the academic year. My main constraint is classes when school is in session, but other than that I will work diligently to fit into whatever schedule is needed of me! I know how difficult it can be to trust someone else with your pet. This is why I do my absolute best to make sure each fur baby is treated with the same love and care that I would want for my own. My goal is to give them - and you - the absolute best experience possible.

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a sweet collie and a tiny chihuahua, and now I’m lucky to share my life with two rescued pups, Blue and Syla. They’re goofy, full of personality, and always making me smile. I enjoy caring for pets of all sizes and personalities. I can help with walks, playtime, feeding, and keeping a regular potty schedule. I also have experience with minor training and grooming. I believe exercise, attention, and love are the keys to a happy, healthy pet. Along with dogs and cats, I have experience caring for farm animals like chickens, guinea fowl, and ducks. I make sure they have fresh food and water and a safe, clean place to live. I’ve been the go-to pet sitter for friends, family, and neighbors for years, and now I’m excited to offer the same care to pets in the Tuscaloosa area. I work full time from home, so I’m here all day to give your pets attention, love, and care. I can take breaks for walks, playtime, and potty breaks throughout the day, making sure your pet sticks to their normal routine. I’m available for boarding on weekends and for walks or drop-ins during weekday mornings, lunch breaks, and evenings. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your pet company. I can crate your dog if needed and always make sure they have fresh water, a safe space, and lots of affection. About: I have a dog and 2 cats if my own so I consider myself experienced in pet care. I have dog sat for many years now for both neighbors and family. I don’t mind cleaning up after pets and I can give medicine to unwilling pets. I don’t currently have a job so I am free whenever! I am simply looking to make some money to help with college in the fall. I have a fenced backyard and my pets are friendly. I can easily crate your pet if that’s what they’re used to. I can also come to your house to take them out and give them plenty of love.

About: I love watching animals more than anything! Always know that your animal is loved and in great hands when I am in charge and responsible for them I am a full time student at The University of Alabama. This is my first year so I am still getting used to everything! I only have 2 classes max a day so have plenty of free time!! I know how to crate animals, as I have a puppy back home that is crate trained. If your yard is not fenced I will at all times keep your dog on a leash!!

About: I’ve taken care of neighborhood dogs of all shapes and sizes for 9+ years! I keep active dogs playing and active and will cuddle with your cuddle bug! I’m currently a student at UA with a very flexible schedule that allows me to be available short notice and often! I work as a Certified Nursing Assistant outside of my class schedule. I will ensure pet safety in all measures possible, actively communicate with you and send photos if you miss your pets! I cater to each pet as they are their own individuals.

About: I have been training and taking care of dogs and cats since I was little. I love playing and caring for all types of my four legged friends. I am currently attending the University of Alabama, so my schedule is very flexible and open to all types of schedules! My schedule is completely open in summer. Please reach out for any questions! I have a big yard with two friendly outdoor labs. I also live on the lake if your dog likes to swim. Indoors, I have two cats that do not mind dogs or other cats.

About: I have been an avid pet lover, owner, and caregiver my entire life! Throughout my teenage years I worked, and rode, for many top equestrian facilities in Georgia providing weekend barn care such as stall cleaning, feeding, and turnout. I have provided farm/pet sitting for numerous clients, friends, and families over the years, being solely responsible for up to 30 horses, as well as their pets, at one time. Most recently, I have 5 years of experience working in the veterinary industry. I currently have 2 dogs! A 4 year old Golden Retriever and a 7 year old Shepsky who both are my best friends! I currently do work full-time in Birmingham, however I am off every Friday and available on weekends as well! Mondays-Fridays I can provide afternoon and evening pet care services as well. At home, we have a fully fenced in yard and both of our dogs are friendly and love to play! I can also crate your pets if need be, and am comfortable administering oral/topical medications.

Mornings typically begin with feeding, walking, or checking in on pets who stay overnight or require morning visits. Midday is often dedicated to dog walks or drop-in visits, especially for pets who need a bathroom break, medication, or company while their owners are at work. Follow the pet’s regular feeding schedule, including any medications. Provide fresh water at all times. Take dogs on walks or let them out as needed. Keep cats’ litter boxes clean and odor-free. Stick to the pet’s normal routine to reduce stress. Spend quality time with pets through play, affection, and attention.

About: I have owned and cared for dogs my whole life. I also have extensive experience with horses and a wide range of other animals. Currently, I own 2 Belgian Malinous who are 8 and 5 yrs. Pets bring a joy to life that cannot be rivaled and it is my goal to care for others pets with love paying extensive care to each ownets personal requests. I also travel often and know how important it is to know our pets are being cared for by someone we trust. I am currently retired so have a very flexible schefule. While I own two large dogs they will not be with me when I care for your pet.. I am.looking to care for others pets in their home as I have two large dogs of my own. It is also my experience that dogs are more comfortable in their own environment.

About: I’ve been dog sitting for a long time, caring for chihuahuas all the way to Italian mastiffs. I am more than willing to adapt to the individual needs of the pet. I am a college student on summer break, so I am available anytime during the day. I am a very flexible and active person. I can take dogs out for walks, tire them out, or just sit with them. I can take your dog on a walk near your house, a trail, or park. I can keep them company and wear them out in the backyard or inside if needed. About: I have grown up with different breads and dogs and I fell in love with them all when I was a young girl. Running and playing is one of my favorite things to do with them to show them love. I enjoy having them in my home and spending time outside the home. I am currently working however my love for dogs and treating them well is what I was born to do. I have had multiple dogs and they are just part of the family My dog is crate trained eats twice a day and drinks twice a day for the crate training reason. He does not sleep in anyone’s beds. He is a very loving inside pup and adores when my mother in laws dog comes to visit. Also our pup does travel with us alot and he does great with that as well. We have two teenage sons and they dogs love them as much as my boys enjoys having them around.

About: I have had 2 dogs in my life time, one being a chocolate lab and the other being a Chinese pug. People get to meet a variety of people daily, animals only have you! I’ll make it my mission to make sure your fur baby doesn’t skip a beat on the love and care shown! I am a full time night shift worker currently wed-friday. However, after a long day, it would be nice to come home to a sweet face that needs you just like you need it! I live in a quiet neighborhood with not much outside animal activity. The babies would be safe and would have no issues outside of the home!

About: I recently got a boykin/lab puppy named lil bit! I’ve had dogs and cats in the past and would take care of neighbors dogs growing up. Ive been around all ages and all different personalities. I work roughly 8-2:30pm 5 days a week. I work every weekend my off days are usually mondays and wednesdays but change every now and then. I will love and care for your pets like they are my own. I’ll give them lots of attention and be sure they have everything they need.

About: I've grown up with dogs and have taken care of them since I was in high school. I'm currently a graduate student studying Clinical Psychology at UA and have open availability to dog sit or walk/care for your fur baby! I do have a small (16lb.) King Charles Cavalier in my home. She is sweet and gets along well with other dogs! I have open availability, as I'm a graduate student at the University of Alabama ! I only have research tasks to complete so my schedule is wide open. I live in a spacious, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment that has a deck. The local dog park in Tuscaloosa is approximately five minutes away as well!
