“Ricky was incredibly conscientious and good with our kitty and bunny. Our kitty had some medical issues come up the week prior to my departure, and Ricky stepped right up to the task. Gave our boy his meds, and was able to put a cone on him to put steroid crem on his tail. He befriended our boys quickly and seemed to enjoy their company as much as they enjoyed his. Ricky sent me updates and pics throughout his stay, and was quick to respond when I checked in. Our home was in order when we arrived home. I highly recommend Ricky. I am a bit bummed that he's leaving VT after college graduation next month, as we are in transition with pet sitters, as our one the past five years is heading to med school. About: Have had pets since I was a child, over 20 years. I am a current pet and livestock owner. I have dogs, goats, bunnies and chickens. I am available most week days and every other weekend. I can be flexible, but it would have to work around my full time job. I am willing to drop in and walk your dog for as long as you'd like. Will play catch, ball and run them when possible.

Each of them had their own unique and special way of going through the day and she was able to ensure they were well taken care of and understood their needs. This included special diet, medication, and timing for their outdoor exercise and other needs. You could tell she really loved being with them, and was very attentive when I was away.”

She came over before the booking to meet our cat, Gilbert, and they immediately clicked. She is clearly a pet-person. We booked Erica for a week of drop-in visits while we were away on vacation. She was punctual and a great communicator, sending pictures of our fur baby each day. There was a major snowstorm and 12+ hour power outage while we were away, and Erica went above and beyond to communicate with us and make sure Gilbert’s needs were met. She even shoveled our walkway! About: I have had a dog and several cats growing up and taken care of pets for friends and family. I currently live with a my girlfriend her Bernese Mountain Dog. I currently work a 9-5 job so am open to morning and afternoon walks. I am also generally flexible on weekends if planned in advance. My girlfriend has a 130 pound Bernese Mountain Dog which can be a handful. I have learned how to navigate new spaces deescalate situations with him. My strategy is mitigating the possibility for anything to go wrong and being prepared if it does.
