“We book Risa for dog walking for all of our time away from home, our dogs love her, she stays in contact about how your pets are doing, and we have complete confidence that our dogs are in the best care while we are away. We are lucky to have Risa in our community!”
3. Remy W.
About: I have owned dogs my whole life and love being around them. Along with my rescue pup MJ, I have a horse and four bunnies and am skilled in cat, dog, small animal, and farm animal care. I am used to energetic dogs as I grew up with three terriers and know they need quality time outside playing and going for walks, and I love to send updates and photos of the animals. I have volunteered at both small animal and dog rescues and am happy to work with animals with specialized care needs such as insulin shots. The animals happiness is always my priority! I am also available to help train basics and build confidence in your pup. I currently work from home at a property in the Tahoe National Forest and have plenty of time during the week to meet your pets needs! I am happy to stay overnight or do check ins if feasible- I am in the mountains but would love to work with you! I can work on basic training, including crate training, and am experienced with puppies. We have two well trained and friendly dogs in our home, a Vizsla and lab. Our property is not fenced in but there is plenty of space to take the dogs exploring and hiking, and we love taking them to the river to play!
4. Autumn L.
About: Growing up we had goats, chickens, dogs, fish. My dream to work with animals started when I was around 14 years old. I participated in the FFA (Future Farmers of America) program in high school and obtained A Greenhand Degree as well as a Chapter Degree. When I was 17 I adopted a beagle/pit mix from my local SPCA shelter and my love for animals grew even stronger. If you have a certain way you interact with your dog please tell me. I will always follow owners guidelines. Potty breaks are every 2-3 hours and lots of play in between. My goal is to keep the dogs I work with as close to their home environments as possible. I am currently a stay home mom/online entrepreneur. Animals are my passion I currently have 2 ESA, 2 cats and a Bearded Dragon. Caring for animals is in my daily routines. Safety is my first thought when it comes our pets, I have a fenced yard as well as medium sized kennel with shade in the back yard. I have 2 ESA dogs whom are very friendly to keep him/her company. I also allow animals inside if they prefer to be inside as long as they are fully potty trained, puppies are exceptions (ask for details).

“Perfect experience!”
6. Elana S.
“I cannot more highly recommend Elana for watching your doggo. She walked my golden retriever Thurman 3 times a week, every week, for a little over a year until we moved away in December, 2022. She is responsible, communicates very clearly, sent picture updates and went out of her way to make sure Thurman had a great time. Thurman absolutely adored her and Boo and she cared for him just as much as I would. If you pick anyone else to watch your pup it’s a mistake. Elana gets all the stars.”
7. Lilly S.
“Charlie had a great time! Thank you!”
8. Gia M.
About: I've spent the last 4 years volunteering with Ruff Pack Refuge. RPR specializes with rescuing special needs and elderly dogs. My responsibilities included cleaning kennels, administration of medications, dog walking, fostering dogs, e.t.c. Over the past couple of years I have enjoyed pet sitting for friends and family. I am available all the time I have a very flexible schedule and I am sure we can figure something out via text or call... I have a fenced yard, nice neighborhood to walk around, and a large comfy and soft couch for anyone to lounge around and relax if needed
9. Margaret D.
“Margaret goes above and beyond when taking care of pets. She has been a solid friend for over ten years and I would recommend her to anyone. She loves plants, pets, and good food! She is clean, responsible, and trust worthy. Very active..hiking, swimming, biking, boating, you name it. Puppy play dates! 5 out of 5”
10. Hannah J.
“I wouldn’t trust anybody besides Hannah to care for my pup. Hannah not only keeps her safe and well fed, but my pup gets to adventure in nature and be treated as part of a family while I am away. Hannah has watched my dog many times since she was a puppy and continues to be nothing but wonderful!”
