About: Caring for animals has never been just a job for me, it's something I genuinely love. Over the years I've cared for pets and animals in many settings, from shelters, to nature centers, and private homes. Each experience has taught me how deeply animals and pets rely on trust, patience, and kindness. Whether it's daily walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply sitting quietly beside a shy pet. I make it my goal to give them the same love and comfort they'd get from their own family. Pet care is a meaningful part of my daily and weekly routine, and I prioritize it alongside my professional goals. While I am currently seeking full-time employment, I remain committed to providing consistent and reliable care for the pets I look after. I structure my schedule to ensure that feeding, walks, playtime, and check-ins are never compromised. When caring for pet stays in my home, I make sure they feel comfortable and safe in a clean, pet-friendly environment. I provide plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, while keeping routines consistent with what they're use to. When caring for pets in clients homes, I respect both the pet's routine and the clients space. I follow all instructions closely, from feeding schedules to medications, while keeping the home tidy, and secure. I focus on making pets feel at ease while their owners are away by maintain their normal environment and daily habits.

About: I’ve taken care of other family members pets, neighbors, and friends for as long as I can remember. Along with growing up with my own my pets by side I work a full time job therefore Monday-Friday I am only available during the evenings. Saturday-Sunday my schedule is open to all hours provide attentive, personalized care based on each pet’s routine and needs. In my client’s home, I follow their established schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, and medication if required, helping pets stay comfortable in their familiar environment. Grooming: I brush fur, clean ears, and trim nails as needed to maintain hygiene and a healthy coat. Health Monitoring: I watch for changes in appetite, behavior, or physical condition and report any concerns to the owner or recommend a vet if necessary. Safe & Comfortable Environment I create a secure, hazard-free space with designated resting areas, pet gates, and soft bedding. I keep the living area clean, regularly cleaning litter boxes, picking up waste, and maintaining tidiness. For client homes, I check for safety hazards, secure gates, and ensure all pet access points are safe. Enrichment & Socialization I provide a variety of toys, scratching posts, and chew items to encourage natural behaviors. I spend quality time with pets through play, cuddling, and talking to build trust and reduce stress. I may reinforce basic training or good behavior during care. Communication & Consistency I follow the owner’s schedule for feeding, walks, and playtime to maintain routine and reduce anxiety. For client pets, I give regular updates via text, photos, or video to keep owners informed and reassured. I honor any specific instructions the owner has for care, feeding, or behavior. Special Considerations If I specialize in senior pet care, I provide gentle handling, extra attention, and a calm environment to support their comfort. For boarding or day care, I maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space with plenty of social interaction. By combining consistent routines, attentive care, and a safe, pet-friendly environment, I ensure pets are happy, healthy, and well-cared for, whether they are in my home or a client’s.

About: I have taken care of and been around animals since I was a child. I had worked in Dog Daycares, walking dogs, and being a sitter for all kinds of animals. I can be gentle or authoritative with your pet while giving them love and kindness. My life is taking care of animals and loving them. I have plenty of free time to spend with your pets for walks, playtime, and so much more! I am quite strong to be able to hold tightly onto a leash if your animal is leash reactive. I am well versed in dog body language and can handle a hyperactive animal or a calm and cuddly baby.

About: I have been around dogs my entire life. There isn't a time I can remember not having dogs around my entire childhood. So, I went into a dog-centered field. I am certified as dog obedience trainer, and have worked with my parents senior Westie. I am currently staying at home, so I have a lot of time. My husband works five days a week, and I would love to have a job. Usually Monday through Thursday are good, nine to three. I am hoping to eventually be able to board dogs overnight. I love dogs. They are usually all so friendly once they know you, and I enjoy loving on them. You can rest assured I will do everything, within reason, that I can do to keep a dog safe and healthy.

About: I grew up with several pets and have had several of my own. I currently have a Bor-doodle dog who is service trained. My family used to train and groom dogs so I’m educated on that as well! I have a very open schedule as I am an online college student - so I can be as available as your pet needs me to be! About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have hands-on experience caring for my own dogs as well as dog sitting for family members. I’m comfortable with daily routines like feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and giving lots of attention and affection. I’m available anytime on Fridays and weekends since I’m off work those days. Monday through Thursday, I’m available for evening visits and later times as needed. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets, whether in my home or in a client’s home. While my yard is not fenced, I take dogs out on a leash only to ensure their safety at all times. I never leave pets unattended outside. All interactions are closely monitored to make sure every dog feels comfortable and safe. If a dog prefers space or separate time, I fully respect that. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and follow all instructions carefully. About: I raised two Boston Terrier sisters from pups to senior dogs. I'm familiar, comfortable, and prefer the sheduele that a pet dog(s) requires. As well, I've rescued several stray dogs that were later adopted into loving families or relocated to their home. I only work part time, majorly during the morning hours; therefore, I'll have plenty of time in the afternoon and evening to care for your pet! About: I’ve taken care of dogs of many kinds since I was 10. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. I also have a cat who also loves going for walks and being let outside, I think he thinks he is a dog too! I am currently working part-time and will be avaliable as needed. My schedule is flexible and I am looking for cute puppies and pals to play with and take care of! In my home both my cat and dog are fed on a schedule and taken outside on a schedule as well. They love to play and cuddle all of the time.

About: I grew up on a farm so I have always had a love for animals big or small! I typically have been around 2 or 3 dogs and love basic training, walks (or runs), and helping our furry friends feel comfortable in any setting. I work full time but am happy to take your little one on walks (or runs) before(8am) or after work(5pm) or on weekends! RAIN OR SHINE. If you need a drop in buddy to play games or just simply keep your dog/s company I am happy to be their companion. Or if you want to add a little socialization in their time at home, I am happy to bring my (large) dog to play, he’s very nice/social and always wants to meet new friends! I am happy to clean whatever is needed as well. Basically, you set the blueprint and I am happy to follow!

About: As a true animal lover who misses her pets while away at school, I’m excited to offer hands-on care for a wide range of animal companions. I’ve raised cats, dogs, rabbits, and chickens, and I also work closely with the animal lab at the Science Museum of Virginia in my hometown of Richmond. There, I care for reptiles, amphibians, fish, and even arachnids, giving me both the compassion and confidence to care for exotic pets of all kinds. I’m a full time student at JMU, with classes M-Th, I am offering all day/as needed care on weekends starting Friday after 1pm. I am open to drop-ins and walks after 6pm weekdays, except Tuesday.
