“Lydia was amazing! We were from out of town and needed a pet sitter for our two dogs on short notice. I was really anxious about leaving them, but Lydia completely put my mind at ease. She sent tons of pictures and updates. It was clear our dogs were well cared for and happy. She was reliable, kind, and went above and beyond. If you ever need a trustworthy pet sitter, I highly recommend Lydia!”

“When my girl became ill Aimee jumped in her car and got the meds needed from the vet. She administered them for a week and my puppy was full of pep when I got home. I would trust Aimee in any situation. Thank goodness she was there just when I needed her. 😇”

“Elaine was beyond fantastic. We have a 9-month-old Westie that we have not left with anyone since we got her at Thanksgiving. We were very nervous trying to find a suitable person to watch Cotton. Not only would we be leaving her for the first time, but our trip to Europe was for a month. Elaine went out of her way to assure us and ease Cotton into a smooth transition. Elaine sent us many cute pictures during our journey, and we could see by the pictures that Cotton had found a second home. Now, if we have to travel again, we know we have found a wonderful person to care for our Girl. We highly recommend Elaine.”

“Desiree did an amazing job looking after our little guy. She met with us prior to watching him in our home and eased his nerves. We look forward to working with Desiree again.”

“Farrah is amazing! She took such great care of Percy while we were away—super responsible, kind, and clearly loves animals. She kept us updated with cute pics and made sure everything ran smoothly. We came home to happy Percy and a tidy house. Couldn’t ask for a better sitter. Highly recommend! 🐾💛”

“This was the second time we had Jon watch our doberman Tyson while visiting Palm Springs. Tyson has severe separation anxiety and Jon great while watching Tyson when we went out for the evening. Jon's professionalism and 'dog skills' allowed us to have evenings out without a single worry. We highly recommend Jon, and will using him on our next visit to Palm Springs. Thanks Jon!”

“SJ was amazing! She was very flexible and able to accommodate our early morning departure and evening arrival. Our apartment was also spotless when we arrived home! I felt very safe and comfortable leaving my pup with her over the Christmas holiday and would definitely use her services again.”

“Donna was great. She was on-time, friendly, and perfect for our dog, Belle. She took many photos of her to let us know how well she was doing with us away. Belle clearly was comfortable with Donna from the get-go and we will definitely book her again for Belle in the future.”

About: Hi! I am new to the desert as well as to Rover. However, I am not new to caring for fur babies, from birth to their senior years. I just recently (in May) lost my sweet, senior Pomeranian, Princess and am unable to have pets in my new home. It will make my heart very happy spending time with and loving on yours! I am a very kind, easy going, patient and responsible woman. I was raised around a number of dogs of all sizes and breeds. As an adult, I have been a fur mom to small breeds (Poodles, Maltese and Pomeranians) as well as to large breeds (Boxers and German Shepherds). Over the course of the past 10 years I have had the pleasure of babysitting several grandpups, all rescues, big and small as well as the pets of friends. A few of the dogs I’ve cared for have had severe health issues and required a lot of special attention. My arms are feeling very empty these days without any fur babies to hold. Hoping to remedy that! I am very good at adapting to the personality of the dog. Whether they are high energy and want to play and need lots of exercise, just want me to hold them on my lap, or something in between. With what you, their parent, share with me about their personalities and what they “tell” me, I am happy to oblige! I promise to take care of and love them as my own. Think of me as a doting grandmother. 😊 My schedule is wide open as I am not working. I am available for whatever time periods work best for you. Open to your particular schedule. I am able to take care of your home as well as your pet(s) and I will make sure that I keep them on their routine. I will not give them any pet or human food other than what you have approved. I am happy to provide pics, videos and updates throughout the day.
