About: As a professional, certified dog trainer and k9 handler for the last 20 years I am the premier doggie boarding, sitting, walking and training in the Hudson Valley. Canine communication is our speciality and we love teaching our clients how to speak dog! I love your pet like our own and our clients become part of our family for life! We do not whisper, we translate. Our world revolves around DOGS. I exclusively offer walking, boarding, training, daycare and drop in visits full time. If it isn’t dogs I don’t do it! PS I also will love your kitty or farm animals too! We have a fully fenced in yard, live on 15 acres and have both crates and kennel runs for pups who prefer not to be as social or for in heat or intact dogs. We do have a toddler who is dog savvy and our pack of pups who love to play and entertain. We have a three floor house so plenty of room for those persnickety pups who’d like their space. We have smaller fences for playing but we mostly leash (long leash or off leash if applicable) walk 3/4 times per day with additional potty breaks as needed. I own an amazing senior pit bull, a young blue heeler , horses, goats, of course a few cats. I specialize in working with troubled horses & dogs. I have a lot of experience with working dogs (Shepards, heelers, etc) & bully breeds. I work from home 95% of the time. I truly enjoy meeting new pets and to spend quality with your fur babies. I have an outstanding amount of experience with many different animals and behaviors. I have worked in a dog grooming facility & along side vets. It was an amazing experience. We are willing to work with all your pets needs. We have our house set up so that the dogs do not have to interact if they don’t desire but are welcome to play and interact should they wish. We aim to keep every pet safe, happy and healthy! We are happy to watch your pup for short or extended length stays. Please make sure all pets are up to date on shots and flea/tick. We appreciate it! About: I have experience caring with a variety of breeds,sizes and ages of dogs. Dogs are one of my favorite animals and I love to spend time with them. My mother has a 5 year old pure bred boxer and a 2 year old english bulldog that I have always been around and helped to train. I have experience dealing with high energy and older low maintenance dogs. Every year I care for friends/families pets while they go on vacation. This includes but is not limited to: feeding, bathing, walks, making sure dog used bathroom, other activities to keep dog active if requested such as hike or a longer walk. Ensuring the dog gets the adequate time outside to use bathroom. Spending time, cuddling and loving on dogs, Doggy playdates etc; Im available for pet sitting or dog walking currently at any time during the early day monday-friday and anytime on saturday/sunday with notice. Im available also later evenings/early depending on work. I can also do overnight visits with notice. I am a big animal lover. I will ensure they are fed at the proper time, get adequate potty breaks and entertainment and all the snuggles.

About: I had a dog in my family for around 10 years. He was really the best. It was so fun to watch him grow up and take care of him through it all. I absolutely adore animals and love to give them attention, play with them and learn with them. I work full time but have different hours and sometimes will be available in the mornings, sometimes the middle of the day, and sometimes weekends! I will always have time for animals. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
