“Ann was a wonderful sitter. I needed last minute arrangements over the Christmas holiday and she was a perfect fit. My French bulldog isn’t great with strangers but made himself right at home with Ann. I never felt uncomfortable with his stay. Unfortunately, prior to his stay, my dog scratched his cornea. Ann was wonderful and brought him to the emergency vet and administered eye medication after the fact. I couldn’t have wished for a better sitter and would 100% recommend / book Ann again. I was thinking Bella wouldn’t want to come back home she was having such an amazing time. I know Bella will miss her new human friends and Dhooney that is Bella’s newest best fur friend! About: I love dogs (and cats) more than anything! I am happy to treat your fur babies to the finest care during the day, overnight, while you are on vacation, or once in awhile for walks, hikes, check ins, at your place or mine! A popular request this summer has been from folks on visiting who would like me to day sit at their campground/rv/hotel/air bnb while they enjoy the park, biking, boating or going out to eat. For boarding, My husband and I have a wonderful centrally located home in the Acadia region off the island. We have a fenced in yard and can take the stress out of leaving your pets while on vacation. Pick up and drop off can be arranged at the head of the island if requested. Wedding or event coming up? I can be your pets chaperon then too, just ask :) Need to exercise your pup? Mini day hikes available too- custom fit for your pups comfort. This summer I am taking a sabbatical to my career job which means more hiking, walks and freedom to spend time with your pet- with flexible scheduling :) While my home offers a wonderful spacious lawn and garden area for the pups with a secure 4' ht enclosed fence, pets are never left unattended in the area. Happy to board with your routine in mind in terms of crating or free range of our home and total pampering. Pet sitting at your home is welcome too!

Whether your pup needs frequent potty breaks, playtime, or just a calm presence nearby, I’m able to accommodate their routine and make sure they feel safe and loved while you’re away. I create a calm, loving, and safe environment where dogs can feel right at home. I’m very attentive to each pet’s individual needs and take special care to ensure their comfort and safety at all times. While my yard is not fenced, I always take dogs out on a leash for fresh air, bathroom breaks, and walks as often as needed. Whether it’s playtime, snuggles, or a quiet place to relax, I’m dedicated to making sure your pup feels secure, cared for, and happy during their stay. I also share my home with a small, quiet cat who keeps to her own gated-off area, so your dog will still have their own peaceful space without feline surprises.

About: I have had experience with pets since I was I child, my family and I love all kind of pets , I am from Costa Rica so I always had a pet in my house and around from friends and family. I am available most of the time, I am super open to work holidays, weekends and nights, just contact me before booking to check availability. I have my own farm house in Swanville Maine, a very quiet and very peaceful place without many neighbors around, perfect for pets and very near from Belfast.

About: I know that every pet has their own needs and own personalities. I have been working with high energy dogs, older dogs, small dogs for years now. Remaining flexible with each individual animals needs. Friends have called me when they will be away for long weekends, I’m very flexible and am here to make sure your dogs, cats and any other pets are taken care of so you can enjoy your vacations, long weekends, nights out, whatever it may be. I am currently in school part time and I work as a house cleaner on the days that I do not have school. I typically work 6 hours a day (3 hours a house), having time to stop and check on doggies in between houses and in between classes as well. I have a beautiful family at home so on the weekends I typically like to spend time with them, while checking on the pups throughout the day and staying overnight with the pups! My partner, his 6 year old son, our Corgi Coffee and I have made the decision to open our home up for boarding allowing us to all care and love on the pups while also being able to have more quality family time together. While at the home of other pets I try and make the pet feel as comfortable as possible while their owners are away, making sure to keep their routines about the same. I will have owners leave instructions of care for me, along with feeding times, if they have any silly personality traits or triggers, leave any medications they may need, etc. I always make sure to know where the food, toys, leash and treats are. In my own home, owners can bring crates if needed, animals can sleep in our bed or owners can bring their doggie beds. We have a large backyard, but it is not fenced in, we currently have one lead we use for doggies, and owners can also bring their own. Feeding time will stay to what the dogs are use to and owners should leave instructions for care/routines for me so even though they’re in a new space, they have some consistency with their schedules!

About: 🐱🐶 Animals have been my whole world my whole life! I have experience with a variety of animals from fish 🐠 to turtles🐢 as well as dogs🐕 and cats🐈‍⬛. I use positive reinforcement training techniques with our three rescue dogs and I use worship all cats techniques with our cats 😆. I am comfortable and familiar with the needs of puppies and kittens as well as senior animals. So medication💊 and physical therapy💪 exercises are something I am happy to provide! I went to college for animal behavior and animal sciences and have a degree in Ecology 🌎 I completed a 2 year course in wildlife rehabilitation. I will treat your animals as if they were my own and that means they get the utmost care and attention. 🫡 I will respect and follow whatever your babies' needs and preferences are as well as yours when it comes to them and to your space. 💓 We love taking our dogs on all sorts of outdoor adventures but safety is always our top priorty⛰️🦺! I am great at reading animals and understanding the different personalities and quirks they each have so I can provide them with the best care that works for them 🧐 Every animal is different but they all deserve our best! I have a flexible schedule and my own car that allows me to be an adaptive and on call care giver. I don't mind late bookings or cancelations as I understand that things come up. I am new to rover and still figuring out what works best but am always willing to work with clients on what works best for them and their pets. Animals are my first priority but I also believe homes and personal spaces are sacred and I will always treat them with respect and attention. All animals are different so its important to use to always be aware of anything potentially unsafe. Our home is for animals first and there is nowhere they aren't allowed although animal guests and clients are always fully supervised to make sure they are safe and comfortable. Our home is very easy going and has a lot of space for different needs and comforts. In your home, I will defer to your personal preferences always.
