Yanet was absolutely amazing! We feel so lucky to have found her. We had to find accommodations for our fur baby Mimi who as a puppy has a demanding schedule we were torn on canceling our plans or finding a sitter. After meeting Yanet we knew she would be in the right hands. She provided her with a true “home away from home”. My dog Chloe spent the day with Yanet. Chloe loves to be held and just relaxing around the house. Yanet was patient, caring and sent pictures of Chloe just chilling with her little leg up. Chloe also recognized Yanet after our first meet and greet and immediately went to her. Thank you Yanet.

Yanet was very prompt with communication and helped me out in a situation with very little notice. She also arranged for a meet and greet within hours of booking. Yanet sent a video of my dog during the day which was a nice update. As it was my first time booking with this app, I was unsure of how the process worked or what to expect. I'm rating 4 stars for a slight lack of professionalism and communication. I booked due to the reviews and ratings but found myself lost and feeling awkward/not reassured when communicating/meeting with Yanet. Overall, I am very grateful that Yanet was able to help watch my dog in a last minute emergency, especially so early on a Saturday morning. I'm just not sure if the price reflects the quality of service that I personally experienced.
