Did a great job taking care of cats, fish & plants!

Symantha was very nice. My only complaint was that she did not spend the full 30 mins I booked with Otis initially and was late with the check ins. However, she gets 3 stars because she did assist us with a refund after part of our trip was cancelled and ended early.

Sam took care of our puppy and three cats while we were away. She sent photos each day, was accommodating when plans changed, and left our house in good shape.

I appreciate Symantha’s availability and flexibility with scheduling pet care. She takes great care of the furries and has quick and thorough communication. Thanks, Symantha!

Symantha kept us updated through emails and photos on her visits to Joey and Louie. While they let us know they were unhappy that we had left them (!) they seemed well cared for. Symantha brought in our newspapers as requested and the trade off of the house key went off without a hitch. While we don’t anticipate any more trips we would certainly use Symantha again.

Symantha did such a great job! I am so relieved to have found a sitter to watch my cat while I am town. She sent photos and always updated me on how Simba was each day. She shows up when she says she will and is very timely! She is very kind and friendly and genuine! Will be using her again very soon!
