This is the first time I have used a cat sitter for my new kitten/cat (6 month old) and I was traveling for 4-5 days. Shannon met for a meet and greet and was very professional and and you could tell she liked animals (and having animal care experience helps). I was impressed with how fast she was to post cards after her visit to update me with pics and what was done (food, water, litterbox, etc), so she is a very responsive person. Even texting or messaging her on Rover gets a reply no later than 24 hours. I will use her again in the future and in fact my neighbor that has 2 small dogs wants to try her out when he goes away. Shannon was great and did an awesome job taking care of my cat!

My pug is 14 but needs someone to take him out on my long work days. Shannon made an effort to meet him before our first walk. She was kind and clearly a dog lover. Dougie loves walks with her. Shannon responds quickly and is flexible if I need to change dates. I’m relieved to have found someone I feel comfortable with letting in my home to care for my fur baby.

Shannon is wonderful! I am a first time dog mom with a new puppy and wanted someone to come by 2-3x/week during the day while I was at work. She has been very flexible with scheduling and receptive to all my instructions. When my puppy peed in her crate and things got messy, Shannon cleaned up everything and made sure to let me know. I feel better knowing that my pup has some time during the day to play and get her energy out. Thank you Shannon!

I’ve neber used a service for my dog before but had too because of a surgery. I read a lot of reviews and chose Shannon. We had a meet n greet and she started the next week. She has been on time and treats my elder dog very well. You can tell she is comfortable with dogs. Also, you can tell she likes what she is does. I’m happy each time she comes to walk Triscuit. Shannon was amazing! This is the first time I’ve left Bailey for a week and I was a little hesitant to have someone stay in my home while I was away. The moment I met Shannon, all my apprehension went away. Not only was Bailey happy and well cared for, my home was immaculate when I returned. I highly recommend Shannon and will use her again!

So far, we have had Shannon pet-sitting for one week. She has helped to make the first week with our new pup, Oscar, manageable. Her detailed notes are helpful with getting him into a crate training routine. We are happy we found her and plan to continue with her services.

VERY happy with Shannon's services! We were out of town for one night and Shannon stayed in our home with our Bichon and new Boxer puppy. We received constant updates from Shannon during our time away. Not only did the dogs receive excellent care (we can always tell by how they react when we get home) but Shannon took them on walks and even brought in our mail! We are close with our neighbors and one commented that when he was walking his dogs he saw Shannon out with our dogs and she was very attentive! We will definitely use Shannon again, and we will also be recommending her to our friends!
