Rachael was absolutely amazing! She kindly met us beforehand, which was so reassuring with this being Daisy’s very first stay away from home. During Daisy’s 5‑day stay, Rachael sent us multiple pup‑dates and even a sweet birthday message. Daisy loved all the cuddles, playtime, and walks - so much so that I think she would have happily stayed even longer! We highly recommend Rachael and will certainly be booking with her again in the future. Thank you so much, Rachael! 🐾

Where do I even begin?! We have a very nervous sausage dog called Barry, and we needed to find someone trustworthy and reliable to look after him while we celebrated our wedding. From the moment we met Rachael, she put our mind at ease, coming to our house to meet Barry and then going above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable leaving him with her. Her home is beautiful, and she provided photos and messages throughout our wedding, letting us know that Barry was enjoying his staycation! We will 100% use Rachael’s services again, she is amazing!!

Rachael took good care of our dog and made them feel at home and comfortable taking her on nice walks and having loads of cuddles with her. Quick responses and cute photos too! Would recommend

This was our second time booking with Rachael who was absolutely amazing looking after our two Yorkshire Terriers, Milo and Toby, while we were on holiday. You can really tell how much she cared for them. She sent us daily messages and lovely photos, which gave us peace of mind. When she brought them home, they were running around looking for her as if they missed her already! We couldn’t have asked for better care and will book again for our next trip!

Rachael spent a day looking after our puppy and we would highly recommend. She was lovely, responsive, tidy, and our dog had a great day with lots of play and a walk! She kept in touch with pictures etc. I’d be happy to leave our puppy with Rachael again!

Great to have found such a warm lovely dog-lover to care for Mack. What a treasure and the love and care she gave Mack was perfect. He clearly adored her from the first meet and enjoyed his snuggles walk and time she spent with her. Couldn't recommed highly enough.

Rachael is a fantastic sitter, very organised and insisted on a meet and greet (which personally I found SO reassuring!), her home is perfect for dogs who need a bit of pampering and she kept me updated throughout the weekend with pictures and messages. Great boarder will definitely use again!

Rachael looked after our beagle Marnie for our wedding. From booking to picking a Marnie up, Rachael kept in touch to ensure the arrangements made still suited us. She was warm and friendly from the offset and we felt more than happy to leave Marnie with her. As soon as Rachael realised we were getting married, she even offered to bring Marnie to the venue for half an hour for some photo’s which was amazing. Rachael even put some flowers on her collar so she looked the part which was a lovely touch. Marnie was happy to leave us to go back with Rachael for an overnight stay. We will definitely be asking Rachael to look after Marnie in the future and would highly recommend her, she was amazing.

Rachael looked after Arlo during our wedding. She instantly made us feel at ease. Arlo had a wonderful time and she kept us updated throughout. She also very kindly offered to drive to our wedding venue on the day, so that we could get some pictures with him. We now have pictures and memories that we will cherish forever. Thank you SO much Rachael. Could not recommend her more.

Rachel has been great. Our dog is especially nervous and she made great effort to settle her down and be patient in building a relationship with her. Will 100% be sticking with her.

Rachael was incredible - she made the time to meet me and my pet before boarding and made an effort to understand all of my dogs needs and traits. As a nervous dog, I was really worried about leaving him with someone new but Rachael was so patient with him - he’d settled in well and she kept me updated with photos throughout. When I picked Benji up he was in the happiest mood and I couldn’t be more grateful of Rachael for looking after him!

What a shame there are only 5 stars, we’d give Rachael another few! What a joy! We were nervous about our holiday having only moved to the North East from the South Coast 3 weeks prior, with the dogs having gone through a lot of change. Our dogs like routine and one has a bit of anxiety, especially when it comes to separation from us. But Rachael was just absolutely amazing with them and we had trust the second we met her. She was warm and thoughtful in her first meeting with the dogs who can be nervous with new people, but they were fine from the off. On our holiday Rachael took the dogs out on loads of adventures, both local to our home and further afield and we had many PUPdates with pictures and videos of our boys throughout. We could see how comfortable they were in the pics and videos. They looked completely at ease. We arrived back to a spotlessly clean home and two incredibly happy (if not a little exhausted) dogs. We’ve had a few dog walkers and house sitters over the years, Rachael trumps them all. Honestly can’t rate her highly enough and we’re already booked in for future dates. Thanks so much Rachael!

Rachael looked after my Dalmatian Harley for six nights. She is a brilliant pet sitter. Excellent communication. Lots of photos to reassure me. Harley was completely spoilt and I almost think he would have liked to stay longer. Rachael was absolutely fantastic! Milo and Toby had a wonderful little holiday at her house and were clearly so well looked after. She also took the time to meet us beforehand, which was really reassuring and helped her get to know the dogs.
