Just so you know she has no transportation so if there’s a medical emergency your pet may not get help. She doesn’t state this on her profile. Also very unreliable and failed on her commitment. Was very rude to me and made off-color comments towards me that offended me as a person of color. She was dishonest with me about the condition of my pets. Will never ever work with her again.

My two small pups were instantly comfortable with Nichelle and happy at her home for their mini vacation. She's an animal person, for sure, and knowing that my fur-babies were in her loving hands made it much easier to leave them for the weekend. Thank you!

This sitter is admittedly irresponsible. Unbeknownst to me until I was on my way out of town she has 4 dogs and 2 cats in her apartment. I picked my french bulldog up and got someone other bag and not all of my dogs things. Additionally she allowed my dog to eat some other food after I told her my dog has a sensitive stomach and can only eat the things I provided. My dog had diarrhea so bad she started to strain and bleed. She apologized and blamed it on her personal life and breakup issues. I asked her to pay $15 for the veterinarian prescribe treatment, she agreed and asked me to get Venmo. I got the app and sent her my link and I haven’t heard from her since. I wouldn’t recommended her AT ALL!!

Nichelle was very patient with Ares even though he wasn’t potty trained very well and had a few accidents. She expressed her frustrations a bit but wasn’t much communication beyond that. She was extremely accommodating with the pick up and drop off times which was helpful while trying to find someone to take Ares with such short notice. She sent a few pictures show how much fun Ares had at her house and he even had a play mate. Thank you Nichelle!

Second time we’ve used Nichelle. Attentive, kind and caring, Nichelle constantly keeps us updated on our dogs stay and gave him special attention.

Great experience. we ended up getting stuck out of town with COVID and Nichelle was nice enough to extend the stay. even gave Riley a bath since it ended up being so long. would definitely use again

Korra had a long stay with Nichelle, and I was kept up to date with pictures and reports the whole time. Korra clearly had a blast, and I'll definitely leave her with Nichelle again without hesitation. Nichelle was also very accommodating regarding pickup and drop-off times. Highly recommend having your pet stay with her!

Nichelle has been great with my dog Cooper. It took me awhile to find a sitter after moving from Ohio. She is very involved with Cooper and his needs. She has a great backyard for outdoor fun and walks Cooper to the park at least once a day. She responds to all text messages and sends pictures and updates throughout the day. Very glad that I found her and Cooper comes home happy and exhausted.

This was our pups first stay with Nichelle, and I’m pretty certain they had a wonderful time since they’ve been knocked out since their return home ?. Nichelle sent me several pictures during their stay and asked lots of questions prior to the stay to ensure she was prepared to provide for them. She even took them for a walk which was an added bonus. We’ve already scheduled another daycare stay with Nichele and look forward to a lasting relationship.

Nichelle was great with our pup Jackson, very sweet and loving and also very professional, providing the best possible day care we could have asked for. She took him on long walks each day and sent regular updates and photos. She was quick to respond to any messages. We will definitely be using her services again.

Very rude. DO NOT let her watch your dog. Said she could watch my dog but didnt believe me that she was 35 pounds. Said she knows better since she has dogsat for 5 years. She offered to weigh my dog and then I said go ahead and she said she couldnt because her boyfriend was busy. She was so rude saying she would have to lie to her other clients that she wasnt watching a big dog and tried to make me feel guilty even though her profile states she can watch dogs up to 40 pounds. I didnt feel like I could trust her with my dog so I picked her up and Nichelle got mad because she said I was causing her to lose money. Don’t be rude to your customers then?

Nichelle is great! Always takes good care of my dogs. She’s trustworthy, reliable and flexible. This is my 3rd time booking Nichelle. I highly recommend her. She has sent them home twice with small treats for pups as well (toy, bone). That was very thoughtful. I really appreciated her care.

Awesome Experience!!! I was recently in a bind when my normal boarding facility was booked for an upcoming vacation. I used Rover.com in the past for my cats and decided to find a dog sitter. Nichelle came up as an available sitter. I met Nichelle and dropped off my dog and felt so at ease. Nichelle is defiantly an animal lover. She took notes during our visit to make sure my dog gets everything she needs. I received photos and updates of their daily walks. It was so nice to know that my dog was able to be around other dogs and people all day long while I was away. My dog came home happy and exhausted. I'll defiantly be using Nichelle again. Thank you!

Highly recommend! Nichelle was very accommodating and flexible helping us arrange for an extended stay on short notice. She explained everything very clearly and kept us regularly updated while we were away. Our 7mo old pup was well taken care of and I wouldn’t hesitate to request her help again!

Nichelle was great! She let us schedule a meet and greet and made me feel extremely comfortable leaving Ringo in her care. She kept me updated every day and sent a lot of pictures! Ringo loved staying with her! Will definitely rebook again! :)
