We moved to Star, Idaho in June of 2025 and I was really nervous about finding a new pet sitter for my 11 year old mixed breed Havanese. Bella is my world and I don't trust her with just anyone, so in my search I finally found the right match for her. She can't see or hear very well, but after going on Rover.com and looking at all the reviews I decided to have a meet and greet with Michelle. It went very well. We go out of town every year for about 9 days and I really wanted a home setting with other dogs so she wouldn't get lonely. Michelle sent a number of pictures daily and it seemed like Bella was acclimating very well after the first day or two. This was a huge change for Bella but she made herself at home pretty quickly. Michelle's house is very dog friendly and she even put Bella in a crate near her bed as I do at home. Can't thank her enough and I will definitely use her again!

Emmett is so excited when I drop him off at Michelle's. Even with multiple dogs there it is always serene. Her set up is very safe with multiple gates within the house and a securely fenced and beautiful back yard. Although happy to see me, Emmett never seems like he is in a hurry to leave Michelle's.

I’m so happy to have Michelle take care of Finn. He loves her and that he can hang out with other dogs during his stay!!!

Michelle watched our dog for about 2 weeks, which was the longest we've ever left him. She was warm and patient with him as he got acclimated. We received daily photos and videos which really put us at ease knowing he was in such good care. Michelle is such a dog lover, we love her!

Michelle is awesome. She is so attentive and has great communication. I think she takes as good of care of our dog as we do! We love having our dog stay with Michelle!

I was so pleased with how well my dog was cared for by Michelle. He stayed with her for 33 days and he felt right at home, even sleeping on her bed with the other dogs. I never worried once about his care and wellbeing. Michelle sent pictures and short videos of Finn every day or so. I will definitely be using Michelle in the future when Finn needs a place to stay! So happy I discovered the Rover website!

Michelle did a superb job with my dog. She went the extra mile, sending updates, wiping her eyes, and brushing her. My dog felt very comfortable with her and her home. I will definitely use Michelle again. She is amazing with dogs.

Michelle is caring and compassionate, especially with older dogs. She takes excellent care of my pups, treating them like her own ❤️ She is great with communication and I would highly recommend Michelle to take care of anyone's dogs, knowing they'll be in good hands! I plan on using Michelle as long as she'll have us - overall, she's wonderful! ❤️

Michelle is a wonderful person who obviously loves dogs! It was our first time to leave our one year-old dog with several other dogs, but Michelle seemed to give them all such positive attention a sweet way of interacting with them!. She sent us videos and little updates almost every day we were gone. Kerby was lucky to be with Michelle. She was everything we had hoped for.

Responsive, very flexible, fun and SAFE!

This was our first time boarding our dog with Michelle after doing a few daycare sessions. She was so patient with our anxious little guy, he really struggled without us during the night. Michelle tried to accommodate him and make him comfortable doing a variety of things. Despite our pup not doing well, we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. We also appreciated her transparency so we can try to work on this for next time. We’re grateful to have found her, I know it wasn’t an easy night.

As always Michelle loved on Buddy and he came home exhausted and happy after a weekend of playing with his dog family. Thank you! ☺️

Emmett has really found a second home with Michelle. This was his 4th, week-long visit. He is well cared for and gets lots of constant attention. I love the pictures Michelle sends of Emmett. I know he loves me, but I almost feel bad when I take him away from Michelle's.

Michelle was very caring and helpful. She took great care of our dog. We will ask her to watch Cody again, please!
