Melissa was great! Extremely responsible, on-time, and the dogs immediately felt comfortable with her. She also sent photos, which I greatly appreciate it!

Melissa was great with our baby puppy and cat. She was thoughtful and thorough in her updates and questions. She even helped us work through some puppy tummy troubles. Her patience and care was greatly appreciated as this was our first time away from our puppy. She also took great care of the house and made sure the pets and the home were comfortable for all upon our arrival. Excellent help and care!

Melissa was great with our cat Olive, including administering her asthma puffer twice a day. Lots of pictures to let us know that Olive was well cared for.

Melissa is a star and our cat loved her. Our cat is diabetic and needed insulin shots, which Melissa took care of with ease. She sends lovely updates and keeps a keen eye on your fur babies, even if it’s a quick drop-in session. We were hoping to find a regular pet-sitter and are so glad we found Melissa!

Melissa was fantastic! She was kind enough to come for a meet and greet so that we get comfortable before her first visit. During her visits, she sent lots of photos and great info, and it was clear our cat felt comfortable and happy with her. She was communicative, professional, and kind. Melissa took amazing care of our 3 cats while we were away for a few days. We were so grateful for the extra time Melissa spent for the meet and greet with our cats (we didnt know what to expect but theres apparently a lot to go over with 3 quirky cats!); it went longer than my husband and I had anticipated, but Melissa was super friendly and didnt seem hurried at all. our fur-babies tend to get nervous around strangers, but she was very patient and calm around them, and they seemed to get comfortable with her pretty quickly. Her communication was great, and we really appreciated the pics she sent. We hope she's available next time we go out of town!
