Lisa is great! She took my two anxious dogs for six days while I went out of town to visit family and they both warmed up to her quickly despite being scared of strangers. I warned her that they may try to escape her backyard and she watched them diligently outside and never left them alone. She has a large, secure backyard and sent me pictures with updates every day. My dogs got comfortable enough to approach her for pets and even started guarding her house towards the end. They both ate all of their food and she even washed their bowls for me. They are also afraid of thunderstorms and it stormed while they were with her but she assured me that they did fine. Will definitely be booking Lisa again for our next trip!

We had such a great experience! She was so accommodating when we needed to move Wrigley’s reservation earlier at the last minute, which we really appreciated. Her communication was wonderful, and she sent tons of updates and pictures—the photos honestly looked professional! Best of all, Wrigley came home happy, relaxed, and not stressed at all. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. We would absolutely book with her again!

Lisa has been a truly special part of my dogs’ lives. She cared for my previous dog, Chewy, with so much love and gentleness, and I’ll always be grateful for the bond they shared before he passed. Now she walks my new dog, Kash, and he absolutely lights up when he sees her. Lisa is patient, reliable, and treats every dog like her own. Having her in our lives again means the world to me.

Unfortunately, this was not the experience we expected. I reached out to book this stay about 45 days in advance because we had a major move scheduled and needed care for our two dogs for two days. During our conversations, I specifically confirmed that our dogs would be the only dogs staying during that time. We completed a meet-and-greet beforehand, which went well, and I felt comfortable moving forward. At drop-off, the experience felt very different. When we arrived, the sitter opened the gate and then walked away. We stayed in the backyard playing with our dogs, and when we were ready to leave, we found her at the front of the house watering plants. I had expected more interaction at drop-off and some assistance getting the dogs settled so we could get on with our move. She also mentioned at drop-off that another dog would be arriving before our stay ended, which was different from the expectations I had confirmed beforehand. [After we picked up early, Lisa communicated she had changed the other dogs drop off time but never communicated to us. I said it multiple times, we do not want our animals around other families pets] Throughout the stay, I did not receive the updates I expected and had to reach out more than twice to check on our dogs. As a pet owner, communication is extremely important to me, especially when leaving my dogs with someone during an already stressful move. I ultimately had a bad feeling about the situation and decided I needed to pick my dogs up early. I understand that showing up with little notice was frustrating for Lisa. However, I did so because of the concerns that developed during the stay. I had planned this stay well in advance, communicated my expectations clearly, and relied on those expectations being honored. Our dogs are very easygoing and were not difficult to care for. I simply expected better communication, transparency, and attention to the arrangements we had agreed upon. Respectfully, I hope this experience is used as an opportunity to do better for future clients and their pets.

Lisa took exceptional care of our kitty while we were away for extended time. She made sure to take plenty of pictures and even a video of our kitties playing together! She is quick to respond and very communicative. Willow even received a parting toy when we came to pick her up! Thank you Lisa!

Lisa is fantastic! Our dog Rue came home a very happy pup from her weekend stay. We were able to enjoy our trip knowing she was in good hands. Will be booking again!

Lisa was great to work with - we left her in charge of our 20-year-old dog and she was quick to let us know how things were going, asked questions to help our dog feel more comfortable in her home, and treated our dog with the utmost kindness and care. I would feel confident leaving our pet in her care again.

Lisa did great with my pups! Her space was clean and spacious, perfect for my active puppets. She was also very attentive with them and gave them a lot of free time in her yard. Looks like they got a lot of exercise in as they were all tuckered out when they got home. Highly recommend Lisa for your dogs 😊

10 out of 5 stars! Lisa boarded my two cats and truly cared for them like they were her own. I got tons of photos and updates and could see the purrs even from photos. My older cat Orion stopped eating for a day towards the beginning of his stay, and she immediately reached out to me and even to my vet. Luckily he was just settling in and ate a few hours later, but she was fully prepared to bring him into the vet early on a Saturday morning. This situation made me feel like I could 100% trust her to care for my cats the same way I would, and I was totally at ease for the rest of the trip knowing my boys were in good, knowledgeable, cat-loving hands. Lisa will be my go-to for any boarding from now on!!

I booked daycare with Lisa as a tryout for finding new sitters. She gave my pup a lot of attention, outdoor and playtime. Her house is a calm place and has a large backyard. I appreciate the clear communication and questions on arrival, and felt confident about the new environment. She also provided some honest feedback about separation anxiety that I wasn't aware of, which was much appreciated so that I can prepare and plan for that in the future.
