As cat owners, we were hesitant to use Rover since many sitters seem to specialize with dogs. We noticed that Jaclyn had photos of both cats and dogs on her profile and we were so happy to have found her! From the moment she arrived for the meet and greet, we knew our kitties were in good hands. Even our shy girl, came out to play! We loved the daily picture updates and were impressed with Jaclyn’s ability to get both kitties in frame each time :) In addition to checking in on the kitties, she also checked our mail and offered to bring in the garbage cans after trash day. Overall, we are so so grateful for Jaclyn’s professionalism, communication, and care! 100% recommend for any feline friends!

My dog is 15 years old and partially deaf. I was concerned that Jaclyn would have difficulty getting her to obey commands but they got along very well and Jaclyn sent me pics of Shiloh every day. I will definitely hire her again.

I contacted Jaclyn last minute to sit with my dog overnight for the first time. Jaclyn was amazing and I wished that I had called her before. She was very tentative to mine and my dogs needs and was excellent at keeping communication with me while she was watching my dog. Jaclyn watched Pancho for 3 days while I was out of town. She kept the house tidy and sent updates/pictures throughout the day. She is caring and friendly and I will definitely use her in the future.

My parents couldn't be with her until late and night and they had to leave early in the morning, so it put our golden in a position to be alone all day. Jaclyn did a great job checking in and walking our golden retriever. She even did a little extra and fed her and gave her water while we were gone. We know Josie loved these visits. It's actually hard to fine people who want to walk a bigger dog and Jaclyn had no problem. Loved the photos she took and sent to us through out the visits. Plus she was very flexible and was able to watch our pup without much notice. I appreciated her patience and communication. :) Thank you so much Jaclyn!

Jaclyn is awesome and Stu and Angel love her! She sends pictures and keeps me up to date on how they are. She has stayed at my place twice now and I'm booking her again in a couple of weeks. She's very trustworthy and my pups are happy when they see her!! That is a great comfort to me.
