Dog was left alone in home for 15hours and 46min despite being informed the dog required potty breaks and was only to be left alone for a maximum of 8 hours. A neighbor informed me they had not seen her vehicle at the 12 hour mark - at which point I reached out to the sitter and she stated she was at her day job. Had I been reached out to at the 6 or 8 hour mark I could have easily had someone come let the dog out at lunch, but no attempt to contact me was made. I was informed she would be working that day but based on the profile stating “my job is really flexible and I'm able to move shifts around” and my profile saying 4-6 hours between breaks and 8-hrs alone - I assumed if her shift was longer than 8 hours I would have been informed. That did not happen, I’m so thankfully my neighbors reached out to me to let me know they hadn’t seen her at the 12 hour mark.

We did not have a good experience when we hired Kristin for house sitting for 3 nights. We clearly laid out expectations that the dogs were to be let out at least every 4 hours (give or take) and she told us she would be at the house for all but about 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. On day 2 we noticed no one home for over 10+ hours on our outdoor security camera. The dogs were crated this entire time. We then went back to look at footage from the prior day and they were also crated for 7+ hours. We indicated there should be two walks a day which also did not happen. We ended up having to come home from our trip a day early because the dogs were not being properly cared for.

Kristin is the most reliable and loves animals. It’s hard for us to go on vacation without our fur babies, bur Kristin sends us pictures and that makes us feel better. Thank you for taking such good care of our family! I would recommend Kristin every time.

Kristin always gives Ash the care and attention he needs time and time again, I feel very comfortable leaving my pup in her care while are away. She’ll treat your dogs like one of her own :)

Kristin was a fabulous animal sitter. She fed all three of our cats and both of our dogs which all of them have different food that they eat. She let him out before and after their breakfast and before and after their dinner, she stayed with them overnight, so they wouldn’t miss us . I would recommend Kristin for any of your pet sitting needs.

Kristin helped me out last minute while I was out of town and my pup needed someone else to take care of him. She did an amazing job and made me feel like my pup was safe and having fun with her and her other dogs. I was updated often and she responds quickly. Best thing to come out of a stressful moment for us while on vacation was to find an amazing pet sitter!

From what I can tell Kristin did an excellent job with Peeka! I say “From what I can tell” jokingly. There were so few things moved or touched that it made it impossible to tell she had even been there! In the future, and there will definitely be more, im going to have to tell her to be comfortable!
