Karine is awesome! She is extremely organized and communicates really well. I felt confident that my pup was in good hands. He was reluctant at first but settled in nicely and enjoyed his stay there. We already have plans to return. We were very pleased with the planning, experience, knowledge, communications, thoughfulness and care they showed.

Karine and her husband are unbelievable caretakers. They truly love the dogs for whom they care and most, if not all, are repeat visitors. They are sensitive to the individual personalities and needs of each and every dog and work to arrange to have dogs who are comparable and really enjoy being together. I cannot imagine my little guy having a better experience than he had with Karine!

Karine is very detailed and perfectly set up for small dogs. She is super professional and very communicative. Highly recommended.

Karine was amazing. I felt her warmth and love for dogs right away during our meet and greet, and I really appreciated how patient she was with Molly, who can be shy at first. She spent a lot of time asking thoughtful questions and getting to know Molly, so by the time we came back for our first daycare session, Molly already seemed more at ease. Throughout the day, I received tons of photos, and she even put Molly in a little jumpsuit to keep her extra comfortable. It was so reassuring to see my pup धीरे warming up and being introduced to her doggie friends, all of whom seemed just as sweet and gentle. Karine made me feel completely at ease. I also appreciated that she noticed Molly might have a bit of yeast in her ears. I was already aware and treating it, but it meant a lot that she was paying such close attention. We’ll definitely be spending more time with Karine!

Karine and Ryan took such great care of our Havanese. We got so many updates and pictures during her stay and she seemed to have such a fun time playing with all the other small dogs. They are very caring and took extra time to feed Charlie her special diet after some dental extractions and administer medicine. We will definitely send Charlie back next time we need pet care!

I can’t say enough good things about Karine! She was incredibly attentive and accommodating while caring for Bori over the weekend. It was Bori’s first time boarding away from family, and she was quite anxious at first, but Karine was so patient and gentle with her. She took the time to make Bori feel comfortable and safe, and it really showed in the updates. I especially appreciated the frequent photos and messages that kept me reassured throughout the stay. By the end of the weekend, Bori looked calm and happy. I highly recommend Karine and will definitely be booking with her again!

Wow, Karine and Ryan were such attentive caregivers for our small pup, Mikoh. We felt totally at ease leaving him with them for a week while we traveled outside the country. Karine was meticulous in caring for Mikoh, and sent multiple updates daily informing me of Mikoh's play times, eating habits, and overall wellbeing. It was also nice knowing that Mikoh was having some nice social time with other pups while we were away.
