Kaitlin was great - we were very comfortable leaving our pup with her! Would recommend!

Kaitlin was phenomenal in working with us to care for my rescue pup while I had a baby in Duluth. The date was constantly changing and she remained flexible and VERY helpful. We really appreciated the peace of mind we were able to have knowing we had someone caring for our pup while we were away from home. Cannot thank her enough!

This was our first time boarding our dogs, and Kaitlin was excellent. Kaitlin even sent us picture updates. The dogs looked very comfortable like at home. We will definitely be using Kaitlin for dog sitting again!

Agate is my first dog since childhood. We went on vacation for a week and could not bring her. I checked out the two local kennels in Ashland WI. Both were staffed with people that love animals and I'm sure would have kept Agate safe and healthy. But it appeared that both would have pretty much keep Agate in a cage alone with some breaks in a dog run. They both explained how they can't mix long-term dogs with the happy daily dogs in their fenced-in yards. The Bay Area Pet Spa & Resort would have been $43 a day (including one walk per day and a treat). Blue Ribbon Kennels was just $20 a day, but no walks and apparently little time out of her cage. So for just a little more I was happy to have Kaitlin take Agate instead. Agate got along well with Kaitlin, her partner, and their dog Diego. I'm sure Agate loved the freedom, being in a home, and being with another dog for a whole week. I only received photos one time during the week, but Kaitlin was very responsive with any questions.

Kaitlin was very flexible and accommodating with our schedule and last minute adjustments. She kept us updated with great photos and text messages as to how our Golden was doing. We appreciated her attentiveness and making sure Jersey got out for nice walks and plenty of exercise. Thank you Kaitlin!!

It’s Moppy’s first time at a doggie care and he had a blast with Kaitlin! She is super communicative and will do her best to accommodate your schedule.

Kaitlin was wonderful. She took care of our 5 year old dog at her house for the day while we were in town exploring Bayfield and the Apostle Islands. She was very responsive, friendly, and kind. Located right in Ashland made for an easy drop-off and our dog was happy, healthy, and tired upon pickup. I’d highly recommend Kaitlin.

Our Berner spent a weekend with Kaitlin. She was responsive to my messages when I checked in on him. Blade seemed to enjoy his stay!

We have used Kaitlin's drop-in services twice for our two dogs while we have gone out of town (usually at the last minute.) She has done a great job each time and our dogs are happy and content when we return. Our dogs are reactive to other dogs and we like to keep them at home when we go away so it has worked well for us and them. It is reassuring to me that she documents her visits with cute photos.

Most importantly my dogs are all safe. She did care for them. Kaitlin did let go of my husky, so he ran off for a bit. His leash was dirty so it was clear he got away from her outside, not just snuck out of the house as she had indicated. I requested 3 drop in visits. She communicated that she would be 15 minutes late for the first visit which was fine. She was over an hour late for the second visit. Then she showed up a half hour early for the last visit. This was not communicated. Due to the time discrepancy between the first and second visit one of my big dogs peed in the house, this is not normal for the big dogs. She didn’t say anything about it or clean it up so I had to mop my floors. My very thorough care instructions were not read and followed. Had she read the care instructions she would have know to bring my little puppy out the back, not through the garage. My puppy peed in the garage because of this. She cleaned it up with baby wipes only, not disinfectant or anything. Frustrated that she did not read the care instructions or ask for clarifications if she did not understand them.

Our plans changed at the last minute and Kaitlin was so kind to manage some of our miscommunication. A very nice person to work with.
