Jocelyn was fantastic! She came over to meet our dog and they instantly connected. Jocelyn provided us with regular updates and pictures of the pup while we were away and reached out whenever she had questions. We would absolutely ask for her again in the future!

Jocelyn did a great job of taking care of our seniors (and June!) The house was clean and it was as if she wasn't even here when we came home. Super convenient that she lives so close by and is so reliable. We will definitely be rebooking with her. Giving the dogs pills and caring for them was no problem for her and the dogs were calm when we returned which is always a sign that the sitter actually stayed and hung out with them so we appreciate that greatly!

Jocelyn was absolutely incredible! She was able to do drop ins with my pup over the holidays with absolutely zero issues. The daily notes were the absolute cutest and made me feel completely at ease. Jocelyn watched closely after I provided some holiday treats to ensure my little guy was tolerating it well - keeping me updated and making appropriate changes. Jocelyn even left a note and a kind toy! I genuinely could not thank her enough and would absolutely book again. It is attention to detail that will always stand out!!

OWNERS BEWARE: Jocelyn was a HORRIBLE, NEGLECTFUL, IRRESPONSIBLE sitter that lied on her bio, qualifications and ability to properly care for a pet!! On her reply to my request for an overnight sitter at my place with my 7lb dog, she stated she ‘works from home’ and would only need to leave briefly a couple times a day but will be right back to my apt. She also confirmed she would and is able to let my dog out 3x times a day to use the bathroom, pretty much everything on my dog’s profile requirements, she confirmed she was perfectly good with (via Rover msgs). I then had a virtual meet and greet to ensure she is able to be gone no longer than 4-5hrs per my dogs profile, can stay overnight w my dog, and can take my dog out 3x a day to use the bathroom. She also confirmed she wasn’t watching any other pets during the time I needed a sitter. She ensured she works from home, hence, I thought she would be a good match to watch my dog. This turned into a nightmare for my dog that she left FOR HOURS!!! Long story short, Jocelyn came to my place for a meet and greet before I had to leave for out of town. She stayed for not even two hours in the morning then left AND NEVER CAME BACK!!! She never even took my dog out to use the bathroom before leaving!!! I saw on my front door camera she left out 8:27am on Dec 31st AND NEVER CAME BACK ONCE!!! I messaged her via Rover how my dog was going around 2/3pm because I had yet to receive any photo updates of my dog or any msgs on how things were going. She responded via rover app stating she had something to do and was on her way back shortly. Every hour after I msgd to see her eta and she kept changing the time!!! After 5pm, I began messaging her and asking why has she YET to bring my dog outside nor has fed my dog!! She kept replying she had something to do and it kept taking longer. Mind you, she kept reiterating prior to the booking that she works from home and will be staying at my apt bc she was off for the holiday week. Then she stated she hoped to arrive at 5pm but at 5:30pm, she still had yet to arrive! 6:30pm came around and she still had yet showed, hence, I contacted Rover and demanded my full refund back. This experience with Jocelyn was a complete NIGHTMARE!!! I was out of town and ended up having to find another sitter while out of town that my dog had not even met yet. This was a complete NIGHTMARE and extremely unprofessional, deceptive, unscrupulous etc of this so called caring dog sitter! She showed and displayed the complete opposite to my dog. I am not sure how Rover approved jocelyn as a sitter, but this girl is a complete liar and will m neglect your poor pet!! She even had the audacity to be paid for her 2 hours of a meet and greet. Serious warning! Feel free to contact me if any questions regarding this nightmare of a sitter.
