Joanne is wonderful! She is incredibly attentive and in tune with our dogs, and sends regular updates and pics. If Joanne watches your pups, you can rest assured that they will be well cared for and loved.

Jo has watched our pets now a handful of times and each time has been amazing! Our dog has pretty severe allergies and Jo did such a great job making sure she was very well taken care of, and the allergies were kept at bay. She sends such great updates/photos to let us know they’re happy while we’re gone. We always look forward to having Jo watch Finley and Luna, and can’t wait to continue having her watch them in the future!

If I could give JoAnne more than 5 stars, I would. We hired her to stay with our Great Dane, Gandalf, for three days while we were camping. He had just had surgery, so this wasn’t a typical pet-sitting job. She stayed with him around the clock, administered all of his medications, monitored his recovery, and gave us complete peace of mind. JoAnne kept us updated throughout every day with photos, videos, and thoughtful messages, so we always knew exactly how Gandalf was doing. It was so clear how deeply she understands animals. She has an incredible intuition, endless patience, and a genuine love for the pets she cares for. What completely blew us away was everything she did beyond caring for Gandalf. She unexpectedly cleaned our home, folded our laundry, and even washed all of our bedding so we came home after traveling to fresh, clean sheets. It was such an incredibly thoughtful gesture and something we never expected. Coming home to a happy, well-cared-for dog and an immaculate house honestly felt unreal. JoAnne is the real deal. She’s one of those rare people who genuinely loves both animals and people, and it shows in everything she does. We trust her completely and won’t hesitate to book her again. She is an absolute gem, and anyone would be incredibly lucky to have her care for their pets.

Joanne was an absolute lifesaver while I was away for a few days. I have a little puppy, and I needed someone reliable to keep a close eye on him and provide him with comfort during my first time away. I highly recommend Joanne to anyone in need of pet care. Ollie and I adore her, and we’re eagerly looking forward to seeing her again soon. :)

This is the second time we have used JoAnne for a week long trip to dog sit for us. It’s a relief to be able to travel and not worry about our pups. She keeps them in their regular routine and they are happy and relaxed when we get home. We received regular updates and pics so we knew all was well. She also leaves our place spotless. Jo did such a great job taking care of our fur babies, as well as our house while we were out of town. She sent so many photos, and checked in several times throughout the day so we knew how everything was going. Finley and Luna really enjoyed her company, and I would book Jo again 10000x! 😊

We can’t say enough great things about JoAnne. Our dog Almond has lots of anxiety, but JoAnne was so patient and attentive. We are so grateful to have found JoAnne, hands down the best dog sitter ever. She sent lots of pictures of Almond and always updated us on how he was doing which gave us so much peace of mind. She went the extra mile and followed his schedule and made him feel so comfortable while we were away! Her communication was fantastic, she was very quick with replying! She also spent quality time with him and even read him bedtime stories!! We could tell from the photos she sent that he was so comfortable and relaxed. We hired Jo to overnight dog-sit for us for a week long trip. It is always nerve-racking to hire someone we don't know to stay at our home with our fur babies. She was amazing with Benny and Picasso and sent lots of pictures/communications and was always very responsive. She followed my mile long instructions and the boys were so chill when we got home. It's comforting to have someone that can look after our pets in the comfort of their home. We feel fortunate to have found Jo and have already booked her for our next trip. She left our place spotless and even watered the plants (which I totally forgot about). We are grateful for the wonderful care our pups received!

JoAnne was amazing with our senior velcro dog, who was apparently so relaxed in her presence that all of his typical anxiety went away. So appreciative for her communication and willingness to spend so much time with our pup … and for how tidy everything was when we returned!
